Hello everyone!! i would like to say thank you to the (almost) 300 people reading this! I hope I did good as my first book, and to be completely honest, I'm still processing that so many people read this dump of a book 😅 Just a reminder: if you have any tips and tricks for me about writing chapters and shit, don't be afraid to comment them :]
Alright enough of me rambling, let's get on with this chapter :D
Recap of last chapter:
Seeing that Yuu still needed to get himself together, Y/n answered first; "Sure. I'm from Y/C" "And I'm from Japan" Yuu stated when he was calmer. "I'm afraid I am not familiar with such a place. I am intimately acquainted with the origins of every student who has ever come here, and yet... This mysterious homeland of your eludes me." With every word he spoke, the look of horror became clearer on Yuu's face, while Y/n had already predicted it. "Let us go to the library and look it up, shall we?"

POV: 3rd person
~~In the library~~
Crowley was running around like madman, collecting books to look through, while Yuu sat himself at a large table in the middle of the library and Y/n, who was browsing for books she found interesting. Her eyes scanned over the titles of the books on the back of it. Y/n stopped for a second when her eyes landed on a specific book; 'The 810 rules of the Queen of Hearts' . 'Who in their right mind would read this?' Y/n thought with a thinking face, before shrugging her shoulders and taking the book out of the shelf to begin reading.
As Y/n was already halfway through the rules, Crowley coughed into his hand and took the attention of Yuu and Y/n on him. "Just as I'd suspected. Nothing." Yuu's shoulders slumped once he heard Crowley's words. "Not only are your homelands not listed on any map from any point in history", he said before accusing us ONCE AGAIN; "Now, are you QUITE sure that you come from such a place? That wasn't some sort of lie, or jape?" At that sentence I visibly cringed and gave him a glare as to tell him 'Why in the name of all things good, would we lie?', though he ignores it and continues talking. " Because if so, the only explanation is that you've come from another planet. Or perhaps you were summoned here from another dimension?"
"That could be possible, I mean I did research back home in my free time about the multiverse, and might I say, it's a difficult subject to grasp. But it is entirely possible." She answered Crowley, as they looked at her with dumbfounded faces to even try to grasp what she was saying. They snapped out of their daze and Crowley began speaking again. "Show me everything that you brought here with you. Do you have some form of identification, a driver's license perhaps? Or even a...shoe? You do seem a tad bit...empty-handed." Yuu patted himself down as a somber expression crawled upon his face. "I have the things I packed, since I saw a letter on the carriage saying I needed to prepare, so I have my backpack with my phone, laptop, chargers, money, wallet, and my AI glasses that I have on", Y/n said as she showed them what she brought.
Crowley took her wallet for a minute (WITH PERMISSION) and took out the ID. He inspected it before glancing at the AI glasses before he asked; "And what do your AI glasses do exactly?" "Oh! I made it and there is a literal AI in it, hold up I can pull up a map of our world." "Hanna?" "Yes lady Y/n?" "Okay first of all, again, don't call me lady, just Y/n and can you pull up a map of our world?" "Yes Y/n" Hanna answered before there was a digital screen floating in front of them all with the world map. Y/n then pulled a Yakko and used a wooden stick that somehow appeared and began naming all of the countries
(I'm sorry I had to, and for those of you who want to see the video i'm talking about, i'll put it here)
As Y/n was proudly looking at the other two when she was done, she saw the amused (Yuu) and confused (Crowley) expressions and almost couldn't hold her laughter. Crowley thought to himself for a bit. 'If there are so many countries in their world, and these two are magicless, would the rest of their population also be magicless or is it just them? How would they do everything? I have to do more research about this and maybe steal some of Y/n's time to ask her some questions regarding these subjects. Do they even know the Great Seven?' Thoughts were racing through Crowley's head as he didn't notice Y/n going back to her book about the Queen of Hearts rules.
It was not long before Crowley was snapped out of his racing mind when Y/n stood up and put the book back where she found it. She came back and Crowley began rambling to the 2 teens once again for the hundredth(?) time. "Well, this is quite the predicament. I cannot have someone with no aptitude for magic bumbling about my magic academy. And yet, as an educator, I am loath to expel a young person without a cent to their name, or any ability to contact their guardian... Truly, my grace is boundless." He spoke as the girl looked at him weirdly for that last sentence.
Crowley began thinking again, before speaking up; "Hmmmmm... Ah! There is a vacant building on this campus. It was, in fact, used as a dorm a long time ago. With a proper cleaning, it should be habitable enough. Out of the profound kindness of my heart, I will allow you to live there for the time being." 'Habitable enough? Where on God's green earth is he taking us?' Those thoughts went through Yuu and Y/n's head.
"In the meantime, we will investigate other ways to send you home. Dear me, but I am a gracious man indeed! A model educator, one might say. Well then, I shall take you to your dorm straight away. It is an older building, but it has plenty of...character, one might say." 'He's gonna take us to a haunted house isn't he?'
~~~~TIME SKIP BROUGHT TO YOU BY A VERY STUPID CROW(LEY)~~~~
POV: 1st person (Y/n)
We arrived at the 'dorm', and to be completely honest, it looked like one of those card houses that fall down with one blow of the wind. It looked like that could happen at any given moment. We walked to the door of this hazardous house and I noticed that there were tombstones in the dead grass. 'This bitch haunted ain't it?' "Uh, you want us to stay... here?" Yuu said hesitantly.
We moved to be in the dorm as I noted that the ceiling was riddled with holes 'Gotta fix that up soon with my webs' "This should keep the elements at bay for the time being. Now, I should return to my research. Do try to find some way to busy yourself. But don't let me catch you wandering the campus! Ta!" Crowley announced before leaving us here, all alone.
