Chapter 10 - (most) gingers are annoying

Hello babes! I just want to do a quick thanks to those who keep on commenting on my chapters *cough cough* DestinyLoveIt *cough cough* also, I always read those comments and ngl they make me crack up a little but anyways a late merry Christmas!

Recap of last chapter

"I can't promise much..." Yuu answered. "I'm not gonna promise I'll do anything" Y/n replied, but after a little staring match between her and the headmage, she gave in. "Do not fail me. You may take your lunch in the cafeteria. I eagerly await the fruits of your labor", Crowley vocalised. "Hrmph. I ain't cleanin' nothin'! I'm here to study magic so I can be blastin' off spells left and right! Like BAM! POW! FWOOM!" Grim yelled out, angered by what they had to do. "After we clean, we can study in the library." Yuu replied softly. Y/n, however, was a bit annoyed by the constant yammering and complaining the beast did, "Let's just head to the front gate for now, I do not want to deal with this. It is morning, I'm awake, don't push it."

POV: 1st person (Y/n)

"But headmaster, can I ask just one thing?" I asked him. "Go ahead my dear", he answered. "Instead of a janitor, can I be a mechanic? I'm much better with electronics." 'and I also don't want my clothes to be full of dust.' I requested. "Oh! Hmmm...... Now that I think about it, we HAVE been searching for a mechanic who could be on standby in case something happens with the electronics.... Alright! I will, oh so graciously, bestow this job upon you young Y/n." At that, I let a small smile slip past.

We made our way to Main Street and looked around for a bit. Instantly I noticed that there were statues of Disney villains; Jafar, Ursula, the Queen of Hearts, Hades, the Evil Queen, Scar and Maleficent. The yapper began yapping again. "Wow, so this is Main Street, huh? This is incredible! I didn't get to see it much yesterday. What's the deal with these seven statues? All their faces look pretty scary. Like, this lady here looks like she's got some reeeal anger management issues." he said while pointing at the Queen of Hearts. 

Out of nowhere, a ginger spawned and began talking to us. "You don't know the Queen of Hearts?" he asked. "Queen of Hearts? Is she some kinda big deal?" Grim questioned. 'Dumb ass cat, als het een koningin is, tuurlijk is ze dan belangrijk, domme kut.' 

[Translation; 'if it's a queen, of course she's important then, stupid cunt.']

"She was a queen who lived in a mazelike garden of roses long, long ago. She was a strict woman who prized order above all. She wouldn't tolerate a rose being off-color, or her playing-card soldiers being out of step." he spoke and then continued, "She basically ruled over a kingdom of madness, but not one of her subjects dared to defy her. You wanna know why? Because the punishment for breaking a rule was immediate decapitation!" 

While he was spatting out those lies about how the Queen of Hearts was, I looked on uninterested. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Yuu flinching at the last sentence the ginger said. Grim yelled out again; "Wah! That is seriously messed up!" "Pretty cool, right? I'm a big fan. I mean, who would bother to obey a queen that was kind all the time?", the crazy leprechaun lookalike voiced out. "Uhh I would, a tyrant as a queen like that is just asking for riots and people who 'break the law'. It's just not practical. A nice queen, however, would rule and people would respect her. If people massively respect a person, they would just follow without complaint." I said, voicing my thoughts.

The ginger and Grim looked at me weird and then just ignored me. 'Rude.' "Yeah, true. A leader needs to be strong", Grim agreed, "but puttin' that aside... Who're you, now?" 'Finally, a question that is actually useful', I thought, still ticked off that they ignored me. "Name's Ace. I'm a first year student here, as of... today! Pleased to meetcha!"
