I sorted through the notes that I've made with each of my clients today. It was hard to get some of them to open up, mainly because they've been exposed to being told to basically suck it up. Or, body had the time to listen to them, so they kept it bottled up.

But, at a difference, it was easy to get the others to open up because they've been waiting to have someone listen.

"She's giving signs of OCD." I stayed to myself as I continued to go through her notes. Everyone thinks OCD has something to do with having the ick about seeing dust or dirt around their house.

Like no, you just have the ick. You don't have the fear of them.

Obsessive compulsive disorder has everything to do with repetition or compulsions often linked to anxiety but not characterized as a form of anxiety.

She was showing signs of fear, unwanted and obsessive thoughts images, aggression, sexual impulses and urges she deemed as inappropriate.

I made a few more quick notes before I slide her notes off to the side. I pulled my phone out and realized my next session was approaching.

In the midst, I noticed Kelly called and texted me. I made a mental note to call her back but shot her a quick text.

I was the friend that basically worked and went home. I wasn't secluded but I definitely kept my head inside of my work. It was hard for my friends to contact me at this stage but not purposefully.

I just graduated with my psychiatry degree, I was now apart of somebody's private firm, hopefully I'd have my own private firm. But as of now, I'm trying to adjust to it. Once I adjust to it, they'd see me more.

They'd understand.

"Miss. Williams, your 2:30 is here." The secretary chimed in.

"Okay send them in." I was nervous. Although it's been 2 weeks, I still am teetering in the unconfident beam. I want to help everyone effectively that came through my door.

There was a knock on my door.

"Come in!" The door opened and I immediately rolled my eyes smiling at who walked through the door.

"I need a therapist." Beyoncé said as she sat in the seat in front of my desk. She had bags with her and started to lay the food in them, on the desk.

Beyoncé and I were friends since high school. Although when she was entering, I was about to graduate. We did this adopt a freshman thing and Beyoncé was my pick.
