The world knew Kim Taehyung as an unstoppable force in business, a man whose name alone could make stocks rise and industries tremble. He wasn’t just the owner of a company—he was the mastermind behind "Eclipse Enterprises," a global conglomerate specializing in luxury fashion, high-tech innovations, and sustainable real estate. With headquarters in Seoul, New York, and Paris, Eclipse Enterprises redefined opulence and practicality. Every product bore the mark of perfection, a reflection of Taehyung’s obsession with detail and quality.
At just thirty-three years old, Taehyung was already a billionaire. He was a man whose every step commanded attention, his every word hanging in the air like gospel. Yet, despite his immense wealth and unmatched charisma, he remained a bachelor. Women—and men—clamored for his attention, throwing themselves at his feet in hopes of earning his affection. But Taehyung never reciprocated. He didn’t go that way. At least, that’s what everyone thought.
Now, seated at the head of a massive conference table in Eclipse Enterprises’ Seoul office, Taehyung’s sharp features were softened by the faint crease of worry etched between his brows. Around him, a dozen voices filled the room, each trying to pitch their ideas for new ventures or improvements to current projects. The meeting room was a symphony of polished words and animated gestures, yet Taehyung hardly noticed.
His mind was elsewhere—on the boy.
The boy who had captured him so completely that even now, weeks later, Taehyung couldn’t focus on anything else. He had memorized every detail of their night together—the soft curve of his lips, the way his body moved beneath him, the trembling cries that haunted Taehyung’s dreams. Yet, no matter how hard he tried to cling to those memories, the boy’s face was slipping from his mind like sand through his fingers.
All Taehyung had left was the bracelet.
His fingers absently traced the delicate chain wrapped around his wrist. It didn’t belong to him, and it wasn’t made of anything expensive—simple silver, worn with use. But to Taehyung, it was priceless. It was the only tangible link to the boy who had driven him wild, a boy whose name and face he didn’t even know.
"Sir?"
Taehyung flinched at the sudden voice, his head snapping up. He realized, to his horror, that every pair of eyes in the room was fixed on him. A light blush dusted his cheeks, rare for a man who prided himself on composure.
“Apologies,” he said, his voice smooth despite his embarrassment. “Where were we?”
The room buzzed with polite laughter as one of the managers repeated his earlier point, outlining a strategy to expand their real estate portfolio into untapped markets. Taehyung nodded along, his eyes scanning the presentation on the screen. But his mind quickly drifted again.
He had to find him.
How could he forget someone who had left such an impression? Someone whose every touch had branded itself onto Taehyung’s very soul? He couldn’t let this slip away, couldn’t let the memory fade into nothingness. But how? He didn’t even know the boy’s name, let alone where to start looking.
“Sir?” another voice cut through his thoughts, and Taehyung realized the room had fallen silent again.
He cleared his throat, sitting up straighter. “Yes, continue.”
They obliged, though a few exchanged knowing glances. Taehyung wasn’t himself today, and everyone could see it.
Taehyung clasped his hands together, pressing them against his lips as if in prayer. He could feel the bracelet against his skin, the faintest weight of hope and longing. He had all the resources in the world at his disposal, yet he felt powerless.
His chest tightened with frustration.
Somehow, he would find him.
