"And still nothing?" Lia asked and Chaeryeong sighs

"I don't know unnie, I'm all new to this, I've never been into this kind of situation or even helped someone on this" Chaeryeong added

"Chaery, it's alright and it's your first time. It's really hard at first but you'll get a hang of it" Lia said with a smile

"But-"

"So? has she chose anything yet?" Karina asked

"She can't choose between these three actually" Lia said, referring to the heels

"Eh? then get one that matches the gown" Karina said

"That's the problem too, we haven't went to a gown shop yet" Lia said and Karina's eyes widened, Chaeryeong suddenly got frustrated and left the shop. Lia and Karina immediately followed her.

"Chaery! wait up!" Lia called for her.

"Can't we just do this tomorrow unnie? I'm really tired and I want to go home" Chaeryeong said and felt like she was about to cry. For three days straight, she, Lia and Karina were out to check on the things she needs for their wedding. She barely gets to be or spend time with Yeji or enjoy her day.

It's not that she didn't want to help for the wedding preparations but it was just overwhelming, it was all new to her all over again.

"Y-Yeah, we can, how about we-" they were cut off when Karina'a phone rang

:::::

"Oh, Yeji"

"Hi, how are you three doing? are you having fun?" Yeji asked

"Umm actually, no. Chaeryeong's frustrated and she wants to go home now"

"What? why?"

"Well, we're out here finding for her heels that she would be wearing on your guys wed-"

"Wait wait wait, what? Heels?"

"Yeah? the one she'll be using on the wedding"

"Why are you finding for heels? why are you out finding for the things she needs?"

"Winter told us that-"

"I clearly told Ryujin and Winter that you two will be bringing Chaeryeong out to go shopping on whatever she wants"

"Oh..."

"Is that what you three have been doing for three days?"

"Yes"

"Now I know why she's so clingy for the past days. Alright, please drive her home now, she probably thinks I'm still at work"

"Okay, sorry Yeji. We'll drive her home now"

"Okay okay, drive safely, make sure that my wife doesn't cry alright?"

"Yes"

:::::

"Alright, so let's go home" Karina said nervously with a smile

Later on they arrived back at the house and Chaeryeong bid them goodbye before going inside on her own. She sighed, all she wants right now was Yeji, the older holding her, giving her all the affection that she needs.

"Oh, Mrs. Chaeryeong, you're back early" Yubin said as Chaeryeong entered the house

"Hmm, Hi Yubin, is Yeji still at work?" Chaeryeong asked

"She's-"

"Darling" hearing that familiar voice made Chaeryeong's heart melt. She turned and saw the older by the stairs. She immediately went towards her and hugs her.

"I missed you" Chaeryeong said softly as she hid her face on the crook of Yeji's neck.

Yubin chuckled and left the two be.

"Are you exhausted my Darling?" Yeji asked and Chaeryeong nodded. Yeji kissed her forehead and then suddenly carries her, letting the younger wrap her arms around her neck and her legs around her waist.

"I'm sorry, you shouldn't be thinking about the preparations. I told Ryujin and Winter that you and the girls would just go shopping for what you want" Yeji said softly as she makes her way to her office.

"For three days, we went out just for those" Chaeryepng said, almost like whining

"I know, and I'm sorry Darling" Yeji said and sits down, the younger now straddling her.

"You shouldn't be worrying about those, I want you to be relaxed"

"But what about the preparations? my gown? my heels? my-" Yeji gently kisses the younger to let her stop

"Then we can pick those here together, I can ask someone to find a gown for you and you can choose, I'll let them bring it here instead so you won't get exhausted mhm?" Yeji said and Chaeryeong smiled. Yeji really wanted Chaeryeong to just relax and not worry too much about their wedding.

"Okay, thank you Baby" Chaeryeong said with a smile

"Along with that, I need you to sign something" Yeji said and Chaeryeong gets off of Yeji's lap first so she could sit properly.

"What do you need me to sign?" Chaeryeong asked

"This one" Yeji said and opens the folder, Chaeryeong looked at it, read a few. Her eyebrows furrowed

"What is this? the contract?"

"It's about the contract, it means that we aren't married just for business anymore, the 1 and a half year doesn't count anymore, well if you sign it of course Darling" Yeji explained

"But what about my... D-Dad? this means your company won't help his anymore?" Chaeryeong asked and looked at Yeji

"No, I'll cut the deal off with him" Yeji said and Chaeryeong couldn't help but feel scared, what if her dad finds out and he goes and tries to find her and hurt her again?

"W-what if he finds for me? What if he goes here and hurts me and-" Chaeryeong said but Yeji held her hand

"I won't ever let that happen Darling. Like I promised you, I won't let him lay a finger on you anymore okay? I'll protect you, no one's gonna hurt you anymore" Yeji said and Chaeryeong felt relieved, she trusts Yeji so she immediately grabs a pen and signs on the paper.

"There, I signed it already" Chaeryeong said with a smile and then looks at Yeji

"So what now?" Chaeryeong asked

"Hmm, we'll be getting married Darling, officially" Yeji said and then kisses the back of Chaeryeong's hand. Chaeryeong chuckled and then wraps her arms around the older.
