Jeon Sang-Hee: "Who is she, Jungkook? Why are you standing there .. Come inside... You must be his friend or colleague..right?"
*Jungkook gulped knowing what will happen soon, what he will say, and how it will take a complete 180 turn for him and everyone. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath and everyone's curiosity increased with each passing moment. He looked at the girl and nodded at her to inside, she came and stood beside him, too close for Y/n's likeness and the action didn't get unnoticed by everyone else*

*They noticed it and confusion marred their faces waiting for the unsaid questions to be answered. Jungkook looked at his parents, he knew it is a now-or-never situation as he speaks with a confident voice but only he knew what is going inside*

Jungkook: "Eomma... Appa... This is Ava..."
*And just like that, one word ruined everything and took breath away from everyone present there*

Jungkook: "My wife"

*Those words, those words are like a thunderbolt for everyone present there. It's like a lightning bolt struck them as if an earthquake shook their souls as soon as the words escape the confines of his mouth. Jeon Haerin pulled away from him in disbelief, the men looked ready to kill. Y/n can't believe her ears as she stumbled back, but Jenna quickly caught her, her own eyes teary as she looked at the man waiting for him to say it was a joke, a disgusting one*

*The words 'my wife' haunted her like the worst nightmare of her life. But she was not alone as everyone looked at the man who said those words with a mixture of emotions but only one was able to verbally express it*

Jeon Haneul: "What the hell are you saying, Jungkook? Are you high or something? If this is a joke then stop it before I forget that you are my son"
*Jeon Haneul roared as his eyes showed the truthfulness of his words and Jungkook just looked at him with a blank face*

Jungkook: "I am not joking Appa... I got married to Ava last month... She is my wife and I wanted you all to accept her-.."
*Before he can complete his words, a loud slap resonated in the room. The sharpness of that slap resembles the thundering storm, it cracks the little bit of hope in his heart like thunder cracks the sky, it left a numbing sensation in his soul like the nature
felt after the lightning strikes and shows the world its power. It left a bright mark behind that reminds him of what he has done and what he will face*

*His face tited to the left with a red print on his cheek. Everyone gasped as Jeon Haerin cradle her red hand but the slap was not given to Jungkook only, it was delivered to herself too, because the pain pierced her soul the moment she hit her son*

Ava: "Jungkook-"
*Ava gasped at the sudden movement unable to do anything, she tried to move but then halted her steps with teary eyes and a heavy heart while cursing herself for this situation and his miseries. She feels like an invader, an invader of this family peace. Y/n felt the ground sinking and the world turning upside down, it was like she also bear the damage of that slap that burned his skin and tore his soul. Not able to hold herself anymore hope, wishes, prayers, and thoughts are scattered in front of her eyes*

*She almost lost her footing and clash with her sister's body when both Hanbin and Jenna quickly grab hold of her arms. But their eyes flared at the man who dared to stand there and claim another woman as 'His wife' Jungkook didn't look up, he didn't need to, it's like his heart doesn't have the power to face her, not after his declaration. But he knew it was her, the woman who he ruined with his one word*

*But his mother already saw her broken self and gulped looking at her with teary eyes while Jeon Haneul was burning in anger. Without looking at the girls he politely ordered to take Y/n away while he glared at his son hotly who was not even moving from his place*
