* 4 Months Later*
Val's POV:
Em is now 8 months pregnant and only has 1 month till her baby is born and I'm super excited. Em didn't want to know if the baby was gonna be a girl or boy, I wanted it to be a girl so I can spoil her.
"Val!....Vaaal!...VALERIE!" I snapped out of my thoughts as Hayes called my name. "Uh yeah?" I said. "Are you ok?" Asked Hayes "yeah why?" I said "I don't know, you were just starring at nothing and smiling like a freak" he said. I giggled and he shrugged his shoulders. "So what are we doing today?" I asked "well I was thinking we just get ready and have a little picnic under that big tree next to the park down the street?" Hayes asked in a stating way. "Yeah I'd love that " I said smiling at him. "Well I should go get ready" I said "yeah take a shower, you smell" Hayes said. I gave him a look and he laughed and said he was just joking. After I got out and got ready it was about 3:30 so we decided to walk to the park since it was so pretty outside.
*At the park*
"Here lay down over there and I'll try and throw grapes in your mouth" I told Hayes.
"Ok" he said grinning . "Ready. Set. Throw!" Hayes said. I threw the grape and hit him right in the eye "OW!" Hayes yelled. I scooted close to him to investigate. "Oh my gosh Hayes I'm so sorry! You know I don't have a good aim" I said. "Yeah ok" Hayes said with a little aggravation in his voice. He looked me in the eyes and started laughing "HAYES THATS NOT FUNNY I THOUGHT I ACTUALLY HURT YOU!" I yelled at him and slapped his arm. "HAHAHA I GOT YOU" I pretended to pout "aw come on babe, I have a little surprise for you" Hayes said. I grinned a little, then my smile got bigger. "CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES" I yelled. He laughed and said "I know you love them so I got some for us" he said smiling. After we finished the strawberries we payed down and looked at the sky. "Wow, so beautiful " Hayes said. "Aw thanks babe" I said. " I was talking about the sky" Hayes said. I slapped his chest and he laughed "I'm just joking babe, of course I was talking about you" I looked at him and smiled. I laid my head on his chest and he wrapped his arms around me, soon I was dozing off to sleep.
When I woke up it was already a little dark . "Hayes wake up" I said shaking him. He got up and said "wow it's pretty late, but best picnic ever" I agreed with him, we started walking home and when we got there Hayes put on a movie and we snuggled on the couch peacefully.
