Chapter 29

" I love it when you just don't care." Shawn started to sing.

" I love it when you dance like there's nobody there." I sang along to Shawns first song.

Hayes grabbed my hand and started singing to me. I leaned into his chest and enjoyed the wonderful moment.

" I love you." I told him. " Thank you for bringing me here."

" I love you more. " He leaned down and pecked my lips. " Anything for you. "

After the concert, we were escorted back to Shawn's dressing room.

I ran inside and jumped on him. " You did so good I'm so proud of you." I yelled in his ear.

" My god Val you scared me. " He laughed. " But thank you. And thank you all for coming. It means so much to me to have yall here to support me."

We all gave him a big group hug. I sat on his couch with Hayes next to me and everybody else scattered around the room.

" So Val." Shawn started. " What are you doing with your singing?" He asked me.

" Well I signed with 26Mgmt so I'll be going on tour with Hayes and them." I told him.

" Good. I hope you get signed soon." He told me.

" Me too. But I'm no Shawn Mendes."

He just laughed at me. I saw Hayes out of the corner of my eye looking pissed. I reached out and grabbed his hand and leaned over to whisper something in his ear. " You know you have nothing to be jealous over right?" He nodded. " Good just making sure. I love you." He said I love you back and gave me a kiss.

" Well it's getting late we should head home." JD broke the silence.

We all stood up. " You should come hang out with us tomorrow. You can come see our apartment." I told Shawn.

" I'd love too. I'll text you yeah?" I nodded. We all have him hugs and walked out and into our car.

" Thank you for taking us Hayes." Taylor told him.

When we got home, we all went to our rooms and got into our pajamas. I threw on spandex and a t shirt, then took off my makeup and threw my hair up in a messy bun.

Hayes walked in the bathroom and wrapped his arms around me. " I love you with all my heart don't ever forget that." He told me and started kissing my neck. A moan slipped out and I started blushing and pulled away. Hayes just laughed at me.

After we all got ready for bed, we walked downstairs to the living room to hang out and talk.

" I have something I want to say." I stood up. " So, since you all spend a lot of time here, and I mean a lot, I was thinking that you guys should just move in." I told JD, Taylor, and Hayes.

" I would love too." Hayes told me.

" Me too." JD piped in.

" Same here." Taylor said.

" then it's settled. " I smiled.

At about 2 in the morning we all decided that it was time to go to bed so Hayes and I crawled into bed and I fell asleep in his arms just how I liked.

-------- next morning-------

The sun was shining through the window and I figured it was time to get up. I threw the covers off me and walked downstairs.

" Good morning everybody." I said, going into the kitchen and making breakfast.

" Why are you so happy?" JD asked, rubbing his eyes and sitting down at the table.

"Do you want breakfast or not?" I asked with a hint of sass in my voice. His eyes got wide and he didn't say anything after that.

" Morning Em. Want anything to eat?" I asked her. She nodded " Can I have 1 egg, bacon and sausage?" She asked. " Coming right up."

I made anything you could think of. Pancakes, eggs, waffles, sausage, bacon, and even potatoes.

" Oh my fucking god Val. " Em moaned shoveling food into her mouth.

After everybody ate we all went upstairs to get ready.

" AHHHHHH." I heard screaming coming from Em's room.

I ran franticly in her room. " What's wrong? Is the baby okay?" I asked.

" Yes I just have nothing to wear." She explained, throwing clothes on the floor. " Can you take me shopping?" She pouted.

I agreed but told her everybody else gets to come and she was fine with that. I walked back into my room and told Hayes that we were taking Em shopping, along with everyone else.

I went to my closet and picked out black razor back tank, black Nike leggings and white running shoes. I threw my hair up in a messy bun and did light makeup.

When everybody got ready, we all were out the door and to the mall.

" Okay so I need to go to the maternity store to get jeans, shirts-" i tuned out everything else she said.

" I'll go with Em, yall can go wherever else." I told everybody.

" I'll go with Val and Em." Hayes piped in. I nodded my head and we all went our separate ways.

When Em got into her store, Hayes and I found a couch and took a seat while Em shopped around.

" Take a selfie with me. I want to post it on Instagram." Hayes smiled. I scooted closer to him and rested my head on the crook of his neck and hid my face.

The second one he took was of me kissing his cheek and him smiling like he just won the lottery. The last picture was of us kissing. They all looked really cute. " Send them to me." I told him. He nodded his head and posted them all on Instagram with the caption, " My everything." I smiled. Knowing that we worked out all our issues made me really happy.

" Okay. I. Am. Done." Em said, setting down 5 bags on the couch. " Let's go home." She said.
