Jarah:Can we keep her?

Context:John B and Sarah were on a walk with their daughter Jacklyn and while they were walking they saw something... (Jacklyn is three)

"Mommy look" Jacklyn said as she pointed. "What do you see baby?" Sarah said. "I don't see anything maybe she's seeing things." John B said. "Person Mommy." Jacklyn said. Jacklyn went over by the person she saw and the person screamed. "Don't hurt me" The person said. "We aren't going to hurt you do you know where your parents are?" Sarah asked. "Sar she's covered in blood." John B said. Sarah went over by the little girl who ended up passing out in her arms. "John B call 911." Sarah said. John B called 911 and while they waited for the ambulance Jackie was stroking the girls hair. "Mommy is she ok?" Jackie asked. "We have to let the doctors help her first." Sarah said. Once the ambulance arrived Sarah rode with the little girl while John B went home with Jackie. "Did you find out what her name was?" The paramedic asked. "No she passed out before I could ask." Sarah said. "You just found her while you were walking?" The paramedic asked while wrapping a bandaid around the girls arm. "Yea and she was covered in blood." Sarah said. When they arrived at the hospital Sarah was told to sit in the waiting room. She waited there all night to hear an update. There was no update so John B came to pick her up.
A month went by and there were a few updates like the little girls name is Delaney and she's ten years old. Delaney also shares the same dad as Kiara so she's been staying with her but Kiara agreed that Delaney could see Sarah and John B. Delaney was at home with Kiara with a concussion and sprained wrist but whenever Sarah and John B visited Delaney she seemed happier. "Lanes Jackie's here." Kiara said. "Jackie" Delaney said as she got up off the couch. Kiara was making Delaney a snack when she heard a loud crash. Kiara went into the living room and she saw Delaney holding a paper towel over Jackie's arm. "What happened?" Kiara said. "The light fell and we didn't see the glass and Jackie tripped over her foot. I'm sorry Mommy." Delaney said. "It's ok let's clean this up and then we'll go to the doctor." Kiara said. After they cleaned everything up they drove to the emergency room to make sure Jackie's arm didn't need any stitches. When they got to the hospital Kiara called Sarah and John B. They came and sat with Jackie while Kiara sat with Delaney. "Lanes you called me Mommy. Did you mean to call me mommy?" Kiara asked. "Yea I know your my sister but I like staying with you more then your friend Sarah. There's nothing wrong with her it's just she has a kid already and you don't so I wanted you to have a kid too." Delaney said. "Aww Lanes that's sweet but don't you want to stay with Sarah?" Kiara said. "No I'm staying with you." Delaney said as she grabbed Kiara's arm. "Wow Kie you took my kid away from me and you hurt my daughter what kind of a friend are you." Sarah said as she overheard the conversation. "Sarah it's her choice I'm not making her say anything." Kiara said. "You knew I wanted a second kid and now you're taking her away." Sarah said. "You can have a second kid without taking in my sister I'm keeping her and that's final." Kiara said. Kiara grabbed Delaneys hand and walked out. "I will have a second kid while you'll never be able to have kids since the love of your life left you." Sarah said as she saw Kiara pick up Delaney. "Don't ask me for anything when it comes to Jackie. So when you two need a night away good luck finding a sitter." Kiara said.
