The pouges & Little Carrera:We have a little sister

Context:In the last the pouges oneshot Kiara's sister Isabella was taken to the hospital because she was having stomach pain. Then the pouges and their families found out Isabella was related to Cleo and Kiara. Now Isabella is recovering at home with Kiara and Cleo who's been visiting everyday. (THIS HAS A LITTLE SEASON 4 SPOILER)

Isabella has been resting almost all week since the doctors still couldn't figure out why she was having those pains. Isabella then found out Kiara and Cleo were her sister which was an adjustment but she got use to it. Isabella is now in the process of moving in with the pouges and helping out with their shop and at the wreck. "Bells before you leave you should know that I heard what's been happening with the shop and I want to help." Mike said. "You can talk to Kiara about that not me." Isabella said . "I can't she hasn't talked to me since she came home from Spain. But at the wreck people have been donating money for you and over $5,000 was raised Rafe even donated about $2,000 on the behalf of Wheezie." Mike said. "I'll take the money but in return you,mom,Kiara,and JJ are going to make up." Isabella said. "Are you sure?" Mike said. Isabella didn't say anything and she took the money. Isabella started walking to the bank when she noticed a group of people were following her. "I know you guys are following me you can all come out know." Isabella said. The pouges all came out trying to act like they weren't following her. "Bells where did you get that stack of cash?" JJ said. "None of your business." Isabella said. Isabella went into the bank and went up to the front desk. "Aren't you a little young to have that much money?" The women at the desk said. "And aren't you old enough to retire." Isabella said. The woman just looked at Isabella and waited for her to tell her what she needed. "How can I pay for the shop that the pouges own?" Isabella said. "I'm sorry you want to pay for that shop? The shop that no one goes to?" The woman said. "Yes I have enough to pay for it." Isabella said. "They owe $13,000 you have that lying around?" The woman said. "Yes I do I've been saving all my Christmas and Birthday money for years just let me do this so they can get have a home." Isabella said. "Fine" The woman said. The woman used Isabella's money and paid for the property taxes. "You're free to go." The woman said. Isabella grabbed stuff and left the bank. "So why were you at the bank?" Kiara said. "Because I needed to see my account balance." Isabella said. Isabella started walking to the wreck and she still heard the pouges walking behind her. "Can you guys stop following me and let me live." Isabella said. "We're just making sure you're ok." John B said. "Look can you guys just leave me alone please I already have two sisters up my ass I don't need three brothers and another sister up my ass right now. So could you all please leave me the hell alone." Isabella said. Isabella went inside of the wreck and she started working. "Bella what are you doing here you need to be at home resting and why did the bank call me telling me you just spent $13,000 on paying for the shop." Anna said. "Because I did is that a problem?" Isabella said. "You and this attitude I just" Anna said before Kiara cut her off. "Bella why don't you go wrap the silverware in the back." Kiara said. "Why is everyone treating me like I'm some helpless child when I'm not please can you all leave me alone and let me live please." Isabella said. "Bells why are you acting like this?" Kiara said. "Because you're all treating me like I'm a little kid. I can't even breathe without you or Cleo down my back and ahhh." Isabella said as she got a pain in her stomach. "What's wrong?" Anna said. "My stomach." Isabella said. "Kie can you take her to the doctor?" Anna asked. "Yea come on Bells." Kiara said.

Kiara took Isabella back to the hospital and they decided to run some tests on her. "Bells I'm sorry that I've been hovering over you I just wanted to make sure you were ok especially after what happened in the woods." Kiara said. "Thanks Kie but I just want to be alone right now." Isabella said. "Ok just call me if you need me." Kiara said as she started to get up. Kiara left the room and that's when Isabella started crying. The rest of the pouges came and Kiara just told them how Isabella didn't want anyone in her room at the minute. "Kiara is she ok like physically?" Pope asked. "I don't know I mean she's been having really bad fainting spells at home,and her stomach hasn't stopped hurting so honestly I don't know." Kiara said. Isabella was sitting on the bed when she felt shaky. "My phone. Where is it." Isabella kept saying over and over. "Hey sweetheart what are you looking for?" A nurse said as she walked by. "My phone I need to call my sisters." Isabella said. Isabella was looking for her phone when she saw the nurse leave. "Why are you leaving? You can't leave me." Isabella said. The nurse walked out of the room and she went to go call Kiara and Cleo. As she went up to the phone she saw them sitting in the waiting room. "Are you two Isabella Carrera's sisters?" The nurse asked. "We are is something wrong?" Cleo said. "She's been asking for you guys I think something's going on mentally I'm not sure." The nurse said. The nurse took Kiara and Cleo to Isabella's room and she wasn't in her bed. "Bella are you ok?" The nurse called out. The nurse checked Isabella's bathroom and she saw her sitting in the corner. "Isabella do you want to sit with your sisters?" The nurse asked. "They're mad at me." Isabella said. "Who's mad at you?" The nurse asked. "Kie and Cleo that's why they haven't checked on me." Isabella said. Cleo went into the bathroom and she saw Isabella crying. "Belly what's wrong?" Cleo asked. "You and Kie are mad at me and my stomach really hurts." Isabella said. The nurse had walked out of the bathroom so Kiara could go in. "We aren't mad at you we just want to know why you've been acting the way you're acting." Kiara said. "I don't want mom to be disappointed in me because I'm stressing myself out too much." Isabella hiccuped. "Mom isn't going to be disappointed in you. She's proud of you Bella so am I and so is Cleo." Kiara said. "Let's get out of the bathroom Bells." Cleo said. Isabella didn't want to get up since she felt like she had to throw up but she never told Cleo or Kiara. Isabella went by the toilet and threw up. "I'll get you some water." Kiara said. Kiara went to go get Isabella some water while Cleo stayed in the bathroom and held her hair back. "Bells do you want to go back to bed?" Kiara asked as she placed the water cup on the counter. "Yea" Isabella said. Isabella tired to get up but her legs couldn't stop shaking. "Something's really wrong my legs won't stop shaking and I can't feel them." Isabella said. "What" Kiara and Cleo said.
