Context:Kiara and JJ have 16 year old twin daughters named Isabella & Mila they both have their licenses. While they were going to pick up dinner for the family they got into a really bad accident.
"Bella" Mila said in a panic. "Mimi" Isabella said in a panic. "How are we gonna get out?" Mila said. "I don't know but my back really hurts." Isabella said. "Are you guys ok?" A woman asked who had stopped to help. "We can't move." Mila said. Isabella was going in and out of consciousness while the woman was talking so she couldn't hear what was happening. "My husband called 911 there sending help." The woman said. Mila just kept tapping Isabella to try and wake her up. "Bella wake up please." Mila said. "Mimi where's our phones?" Isabella said. "Right here why?" Mila said. "We should record a video for mom and dad for just in case we die." Isabella said. "Ok" Mila said. Mila and Isabella recorded there videos and when they finished Isabella's car that was practically on the edge of a small cliff started to rock back and forth. The girls screamed as the car kept rocking. The paramedics and firefighters arrived and as they went to stop the car from falling it fell. "Shit" One of the firefighters said. The firefighters went down to where the car was and they started to try and get Mila out first since she was the easier one to get out. When they lifted Mila out her entire body just fell into a deep sensation of pain. Mila yelled in pain and then was checked out by the paramedics. Isabella was the one who was going to be difficult to get out since her back was really hurting her and she kept going in and out of consciousness. Once they got her out she started to code. The paramedics did CPR they brought her back but her body was in even more pain than before. "I want my mom." Isabella told one of the paramedics. "The police contacted your parents and told them to meet us at the hospital. "Is my sister ok?" Isabella asked. "We don't a hundred percent know but she should be." A paramedic said. Isabella just stayed quiet for the rest of the ride to the hospital. Once the girls arrived at the hospital Kiara and JJ were already there. The doctors started to work on Isabella and Mila and they both had to be rushed to surgery. Mila had to have surgery on her leg and Isabella had to have surgery on her back. A nurse came out and gave Kiara and JJ the girls phones. While the girls were in surgery they both coded three times. The last time Isabella didn't come back until about twenty minutes after she coded. Mila had the same thing happen so they finished the surgery's and placed them both on ventilators.
"Mr and Mrs Maybank we have some good and bad news for the both of you." A nurse said. "They aren't dead are they?" JJ asked. "No but they have been placed on ventilators for the time being the both coded in surgery three different times and the last time it took twenty minutes for them to come back." The nurse said. "Can we see them?" Kiara asked. "Yes follow me." The nurse said. "We placed them in the same room since we were running out of rooms at the moment." The nurse said. The nurse left them alone with the girls and they both started sobbing. "JJ they look sick. Look at them." Kiara said. "I know but they're fighters they're gonna make it". JJ said. "JJ they coded three time in surgery I don't think they're gonna make it. Kiara said. "Kie you can't give up hope." JJ said. "I'm not it's just three times is a lot JJ." Kiara said. "They can't die because we need them." JJ said. "I know it's just if they die we just have to accept that." Kiara said. "Well I'm going to look at Mimi's phone." JJ said. JJ opened Mila's phone and he saw the video of her and Isabella saying goodbye. "Kie open Bella's phone." JJ said. Kiara opened Isabella's phone and saw the video. They both watched them and they heard beeping coming from the ventilators. Doctors and nurse had came in and they started checking everything out. The doctors had told Kiara and JJ that the girls were able to breathe on their own and they were waking up. "They should be up within five to ten minutes." The doctor said. The doctor then explained what injuries the girls had as well. "Water" Isabella chocked out. Mila had also asked for water and she started coughing. Kiara and JJ went over and they held the girls hair back while they coughed up blood. The doctors took over they let Kiara help. "Your nurse Maybank aren't you I've seen your articles about how saved a little girl who had a heat stroke just by dunking her in an ice bath. You're literally a nursing icon." A nurse said. "That's me" Kiara said. Kiara continued to work on Isabella and then she stopped. "They should stop coughing in about three two one." Kiara said. "Woah how did you do that?" A nurse asked. "I just sat them up so they could get some air." Kiara said. The nurses and doctors left and then JJ was just shocked. "Kie you didn't tell me you were a nursing icon." JJ said. "Well now you know. How are you two feeling?" Kiara said. "My back hurts." Isabella said. "My ankle hurts." Mila said. JJ went over and he gave the girls huge hugs. "Dad my back this is really hurting it." Isabella said. "Sorry you guys just scared us." JJ said. "Well so did the guy who hit us." Mila said. Kiara was looking at what the girls injuries were and she noticed how Isabella and Mila had matching cuts. "Did you two cut yourselves?" Kiara said. "No" Isabella and Mila said. "You two have matching guts on your sides." Kiara said. "Ask the doctor when they come back to give us our medicine." Isabella said. "Mom do you have our phones?" Mila said. "Yea we watched the videos you guys left." Kiara said. The girls didn't say anything so JJ asked them if they were going to tell them what happened. "I don't want talk about it right now." Mila said. "That's ok do you guys want something to eat?" Kiara asked. "A sandwich would be good." Isabella said. "Mimi what do you want?" Kiara asked. "I'll just eat half of a sandwich." Mila said. "Ok I'll be back." Kiara said. Kiara went to go get the sandwiches while JJ stayed with the girls. "Are you two ok?" JJ asked. "Dad my car got wrecked and I'm so sorry I'll pay for it." Isabella said. "Isabella you're gonna get money from insurance and we can use that to get you a new car. I'm just glad you both are ok." JJ said. Kiara came back with the sandwiches and the girls tried to eat them but their arms were hurting. "Mom help please." Mila asked. Kiara helped Mila eat while JJ helped Isabella. "Dad why are you taking the crust off?" Isabella asked. "You don't like the crust so I'm taking it off for myself." JJ said. Isabella and Mila finished their sandwiches and then Kiara got ready to stay the night since JJ had to work. "I'll be here in the morning when you guys wake up." Kiara said. "Promise" Isabella and Mila said. "Promise." Kiara said. Kiara gave Isabella and Mila kisses on their foreheads and then they both fell asleep.
