Sarah & Kiara:stranded

Context:Sarah and Kiara are stranded on an island after they're shipwrecked from a hurricane. Sarah and Kiara are dating in this.
They are both 17. (It's 2021 at the time this takes place)

"Kie where are you?" Sarah called out. "Over here." Kiara groaned. Sarah ran over to Kiara and saw her that she had a cut on her arm. "Your arm there should be a first aid kit somewhere in the boat right?" Sarah said. "Sarah the boat is practically destroyed how are you gonna find a first aid kit?" Kiara said. Sarah ended up finding a first aid kit and some food. "Owe that hurt." Kiara said as Sarah cleaned her cut. "Sorry will a kiss make it better?" Sarah said. "Yes it would." Kiara said. Sarah kissed Kiara's cut and then they both heard something in the bushes. "What was that?" Sarah said. "I don't know maybe it was the wind?" Kiara said. "Mommy?" A voice said. "It's a kid" Sarah said. A little girl came out from behind the bushes and she ran into Kiara's arms. "Hi honey where are your parents?" Kiara said. "They left me here." The girl said. "I'm sorry what's your name cutie pie?" Sarah said. "Mila but Mimi is my nickname." Mila said. "Well I'm Sarah and this is my girlfriend Kiara." Sarah said. Mila just waved at Kiara as she went over and started playing in the sand. "Mila how old are you?" Kiara said. "Well when my parents left me it was my sixth birthday I don't know what day it is now but I'm six." Mila said. "When is your birthday?" Kiara asked. "May 16th 2016." Mila said. "Well when crashed it was June 5th Mila you've been here for a year by yourself? How have you survived?" Sarah said. "I ate the fruit that grows on the trees and then I would wait until the birds killed fish but my Mommy gave me a little bit of food before she left." Mila said. Mila went back by the bush and grabbed out a bucket of fruit she had picked. "See I picked nanas,oranges,and apples." Mila said as she gave the bucket to Kiara. "Wow this is amazing once we get back to Outer Banks we're gonna get you some new clothes and find your new family." Sarah said. "You guys can be my new family and then I can have two Mommies." Mila said. "Mimi Sarah and I are only 17 we aren't old enough to be your Mommies." Kiara said. "That's ok we can still be a family right?" Mila said. "Of course Mimi let's go see if there's anything we can use from our boat crash." Sarah said as she picked up Mila. "Mommy come on." Mila said as she waved for Kiara to come over. "I'm coming Mimi." Kiara said. Kiara got up and walked with Sarah and Mimi. Sarah put Mila down and she went over by the little bit of wreckage and saw some hers and Kiara's clothes. "I found some of our clothes and another first aid kit." Sarah said. "Ok grab it is there any blankets in there it's starting to get cold." Kiara said. "Yea for the bottom of our boat to be broken our stuff survived." Sarah said. "Mommy I gotta go to the bathroom." Mila said. "Ok go behind the bush." Kiara said. Mila went behind the bush and went to the bathroom. "I'm done I need to wash my hands." Mila said. "Here use this hand sanitizer I found." Sarah said. Sarah put some of the hand sanitizer in Mila's hand and she put on one of her hoodies she brought. "Mimi come here." Kiara said. Mila went over by Kiara and she noticed how Kiara was helping her take her clothes off that were too small for her. "You can wear these there kinda big but it's better then your too small clothes." Kiara said as she gave Mila one of her crop tops and then the smallest pair of shorts she had. "Mommy I'm cold." Mila said. "I know Sarah went to go find some sticks so we can start a fire. Mimi how did you stay warm when it got cold at night?" Kiara said. "I started a fire with this lighter my other Mommy gave me." Mila said. "I found some big sticks do you have a lighter?" Sarah said as she put the sticks down on the ground. "I do Mommy." Mila said. "Ok bring it over here." Sarah said. Mila gave Sarah the lighter and then she wrapped herself in a blanket. Sarah started a fire and then curled up against Kiara with Mila in the middle. "Kie do you think Mimi's gonna be ok I mean she's only seven years old and I don't want to leave her when we get back." Sarah said. "She's going to be fine Sar she has us and when we get back I'll be turning 18 and I can apply to be a foster mom and I'll foster her till you turn 18 and then we can get married and run away from OBX with our soon to be daughter." Kiara said. "I like that idea but I'm keeping my last name." Sarah said. "Well I never said you couldn't." Kiara said. Kiara gave Sarah a kiss when she felt Mila jolt up. "What's wrong Mimi?" Kiara said. "There was a helicopter flying over us and we missed it because you guys were asleep." Mila said. Right as Mila said that as helicopter shined its flashlight down on all of them. "Too bright Mommy." Mila said. "I know baby." Kiara said. The helicopter landed and they went over by Kiara and Sarah. "Are you three alright?" The women asked. "I think so." Sarah said. "Come on let's get you three back to where you came from." The woman said. "I don't trust her Mommy?" Mila whispered. "Mommy? Aren't you two a little young to have a kid?" The woman said. "Well she's been living here on her own for a year and no we are not too young to have a kid." Sarah said. "Wait are you Sarah Cameron?" The woman said. "Yes who the hell are you?" Sarah said. "I'm a friend of your dad's he asked me to come and get you guys." The woman said. "My dad died a month ago he wouldn't have known we left I don't know who the hell you are but you need to leave." Sarah said. "Sarah get your ass in this helicopter now." Rafe said. "No" Sarah said. Rafe jumped out and he went up to Mila. Mila got scared and ran away. "Mimi wait." Kiara said as she went after Mila. "Kie" Sarah said. Kiara found Mila and she saw her crying. "It's ok Baby girl I got you." Kiara said as she picked up Mila. "That guy was scary." Mila hiccuped. "I know he's very scary." Kiara said. Kiara carried Mila back to where they were and she saw that Sarah was in the helicopter crying. "Rafe what the hell did you do?" Kiara said. "Just get in the damn helicopter." Rafe said. Kiara grabbed a blanket for Mila and then she got in. Sarah buckled Mila's seatbelt and Kiara did the same with hers. "When we get home don't tell anyone I saved you got it." Rafe said. "Why?" Mila said. "Because little girl I did some bad things and everyone doesn't need to know." Rafe said. "Well maybe you shouldn't have done bad things then you wouldn't be so scary." Mila said.
