"Edward?"
"Winry?"
Edward is now on the phone, checking on Winry,
"Is Riza okay?"
"She's fine, she said." "How about you?"
Winry smiled at the thought how Ed always worries about her,
"I'm perfectly fine Edward, Granny's doing a good job!"
"Yeah, I know, I'll come home soon, okay?"
"Yeah, see you soon."
She hangs up as well did Ed, he was about to head back to the room as he noticed Roy walking his direction,
"Mustang, your leaving already?"
"I'm gotta go visit Sergeant Fuery, as well, Riza needs her sleep, anyway."
"Ah, well, do you know where Major Armstrong is?"
"He might be at the main building, check there."
"Ok then, I hope Fuery gets better too!"

The next morning, comes by and Edward wakes up and stretches, then there's a sudden knock on his door,
"Edward-Kun?"
It was Maria's voice,
"Yeah?" "Come in."
"Would you like to have breakfast?"
Maria comes in with a tray, from the cafeteria downstairs, and places it down on the table, near her.
Edward stretches once more and gets out of bed, and walks over to the table,
"Thank you."
He sits down,
"Y'know this place brings back a lot of memories."
Memories come back to him and Maria, remembering the time when Edward and Alphonse were being protected by Maria and Denny, and they weren't allowed to check out laboratory 5.
Maria laughs,
"Ah, I remember."
Denny entered the room,
"That was entertaining while it lasted."
Denny laughs as well while Edward started eating, then they all hear another knock on the door,
"Ed?"
Roy was standing at the doorway,
"Mustang, come in."
Edward starts to eat a little faster as Roy entered the room,
"I might need a little help from you..."
"Sure, what?"
"D-Do you have the will to shoot a gun, now?"
"What are you asking me?" "To take lieutenant's place today?"
"No, it's just...do you?"
"N-No, I don't have the will to hold one at all..."
"Understandable." "Sergeant take me to Riza."
"Yes, sir!"
Denny and Roy leave the room together,
"Do you want to go too, Edward-kun?"
Maria was about to follow Denny but Edward shook his head,
"No, I have something to do today."
"Okay, then."
She follows Denny as Edward finishes up,
"Why did Mustang even ask a question like that?"
