Compatibility

Winry slowly opens Edward's door,
"Hey, Ed..."
"Hey."
"Can I ask something?"
"Yeah of course."
He got up from his desk and walked over to Winry at the doorway,
"Am I that bad?"
"What are you saying?" "I'm the bad one here."
She laughs,
"I guess that makes us compatible."
"Haha, there's many other things then that, that makes us compatible."
He kisses her forehead,
"Thanks, dinners almost ready so come out soon."
"Okay, I'll be out in a bit."
She leaves his room and he leans against the wall and sighs, Pinako a little later entered his room,
"You two always argued when you were younger, that's the only thing did."
He quietly chuckles,
"That's one thing I mostly remember about our relationship..."
"That makes feel really old all of a sudden." "But, being a great-grandma makes me feel so much older then now."
"Yeah, but I'm gonna a dad soon, huh."
"Let's go get some dinner, yeah?"
"Yeah."
They both get into the kitchen and a scent of freshly cooked soup hits Edward,
"Ah, you took too long Ed!"
"My bad!"
He sits down, Pinako as well,
"Looks delicious!"
They all thank for the food and start eating, Pinako swallowed,
"Edward, do you have a name for the baby?"
Winry took a sip of soup,
"Please don't let it be a joke."
"Of course not!" "But, I'll feel like you would disapprove..."
"Edward, it's the baby we're talking about come on!"
"Okay, how about Eddie or Edward Elric the second?"
She laughs,
"Another Ed?" "I think one Ed is fine!"
"Aw, Winry!"
"Fine, acceptable!"
"Yes, I love you!"
He stands up and happily embraces Winry,
"Ahem."
Pinako just finished her dinner and tried to get the two's attention.
Edward blushes and starts cleaning up, he grabs everybody's bowl and plates and starts washing the dishes,
"Winry, you should go to sleep early."
"Yeah, I will."
She walks over to Edward and gives a little peck on the check,
"Night'."
"Y-Yeah, night."
He continues washing the dishes as Pinako watched Winry walk off smiling.
