As stated in the first letter, Hoseok was waiting for the chopper to land. He had already deployed a backup to help Namjoon and get him back home. He had no idea why Seokjin wanted Namjoon back. All he could do was wait for Seokjin's chopper to arrive to ask questions.
The earpiece that Hoseok wore made a noise before the words he had been waiting for came through.
His Majesty's chopper is on our radar. Landing in half an hour.
Hoseok looked at Yoongi. Yoongi nodded before speaking into the mic, "Get the cars ready."
Their anticipation kept increasing as the time ticked by. The half-hour felt like years, and both men kept looking at their watches. After a while, Hoseok started checking his phone too. He had told Jimin not to be at the helipad to avoid any photos leaking. Jungkook had gone with the backup team to help Namjoon.
Yoongi was the first to look at the sky when he heard the chopper, followed by Hoseok.
Landing in five minutes.
As soon as the chopper landed, Yoongi and Hoseok sprinted to it, quickly opening the door. Seokjin looked exhausted. His face was red, his eyes swollen, and his hair dishevelled. Seokjin stepped out of the chopper. He wobbled a little before looking at Hoseok. Hoseok and Yoongi immediately bowed to him. "The backup team reached the village. I will report back to you once I have more information." Seokjin nodded. He looked at the sky and took a deep breath before fainting in Yoongi's arms.
Everyone around him panicked. He was rushed to the hospital.
"Hyung!" Jimin rushed into the room when he learned that Seokjin had fainted. Hoseok hugged him to stop him from going too close to the bed.
"Calm down, Jimin."
Jimin looked at Hoseok with tears falling down his cheeks. Hoseok wiped his tears off, "Let the doctors do their work."
The doctor turned around, "He is alright. Probably fainted due to stress and exhaustion. He will be awake soon."
Jimin slowly walked to the bed. He sat, silently staring at Seokjin, tears streaming down his cheeks. The movement on the bed caught everyone's attention. Seokjin was struggling to open his eyes. Hoseok and Yoongi were immediately beside Jimin, observing Seokjin. Seokjin finally opened his eyes. A tear fell from his eye as he looked around.
"Hyung..."
Seokjin looked at him with a faint smile, "I am okay."
Jimin pouted a little before throwing himself at Seokjin. "I missed you so much. I was so worried about you!"
"Jimin, let him rest." Hoseok tried prying Jimin away from Seokjin. He knew Seokjin had always hated physical affection. Or any affection, for a matter of fact.
Seokjin signalled him to stop, "It's okay." Everyone was shocked when Seokjin hugged Jimin back, reciprocating his intensity. "I missed you too." He looked at Yoongi and Hoseok, "All of you."
Yoongi turned around to hide his teary eyes. Though he couldn't hide his sniffles, he didn't want Seokjin to see him cry. Hoseok chuckled a little and looked away. Both of them couldn't understand why Seokjin was being emotional. How did he change so much in one month? Jimin broke the hug and looked at Seokjin, "Were you hurt by the blast? What about the knife cut?"
Seokjin patted Jimin's head, "I wasn't hurt by the blast. Your phone call saved me. And the knife cut was cured by a doctor in that village."
Yoongi turned back after wiping his tears, "We should still do a full body check-up for you."
