"Are you really going to stay there for an entire month?" Jimin pouted a little.
Hoseok chuckled, "I will have to. It is very important for the empire."
Jimin huffed, "It's always empire this, empire that. It's never Jimin."
"Awww." Hoseok pulled him closer into the hug. "I am always thinking about you, Jiminie."
They were lying down on the bed. The sombre light of the sunset passed the window and reflected on Jimin's face, making him look more ethereal than ever. Hoseok tucked his hair behind his ears before kissing the side of his head, "You know, I am more concerned about you going to university more that us going to Barnlong."
Jimin's eyes went wide, "Why? Are you regretting your decision to support me?"
Hoseok shook his head, "I am not regretting anything. I am just worried, you know?"
"Why?" Jimin asked with a pout.
Hoseok sighed softly, "You know, you will go to uni and meet all the new and cool people. To top it all, I am going away for a month. What if you find someone cooler than me? What if you find someone who is more interesting than me? I mean, there are people who are more interesting than me, of course. All I talk about is the empire and his majesty, but you-"
Hoseok stopped talking when he heard little cackles. He looked down to find Jimin laughing at him, "Great. Now you think I am childish." He folded his hands in front of his chest.
"Come on, hyung!" Jimin hugged him tightly, "You are very interesting. And did you forget you told Jungkookie to do a thorough background check before I can be friends with someone? And no matter how many new people I meet, you will always be the most important person to me. And most exciting, too."
Hoseok smiled softly. He hugged Jimin back. He closed his eyes and felt every heartbeat coming from Jimin. All his insecurities left his body slowly. He kissed Jimin's neck before hiding his face there. He could feel Jimin slowly patting his head. He was going to miss Jimin so much.
A sense of loneliness was already creeping into Jimin. He could feel Hoseok shivering from anxiety. He knew that Hoseok's job was very demanding and tough. He also knew that Hoseok was the only one that Seokjin trusted after all the drama that happened in their family.
People always had fun watching royals struggle with the throne and power, but it took a lot of things from them. There was a lot of bloodshed. Seokjin suffered from a lot of psychological pain. He could still be struggling with them. But he never took it out on Jimin or any of the people close to him. As Jimin grew up, he understood why he was hidden from the world. He knew he had lost his brother the day their parents died. But all he really wanted was for the older Seokjin to come back.
Hoseok broke the hug and cupped Jimin's cheeks, "I love you so much. It sucks that I have to go away like this."
Jimin nodded, "I love you too. And I know you are worried about me, but remember, you released Jungkook for this very reason."
Hoseok nodded, "You always know how to calm me down."

"Sign here." the nurse pointed out the place. When she got the signatures, she closed the file, "I will take this to the doctor. He'll get a discharge in half an hour."
Yoongi nodded. He looked at Yoonjae, "Are you happy now?"
Yoonjae scoffed, "I am sure you are happier. Now that you don't have to take care of me."
Yoongi rolled his eyes, "I never said I am tired of taking care of you. It is just easier when you are at home."
"Yeah, sure," Yoonjae rolled his eyes, "If I am at home, you can just hire a nurse for me."
