The pain was so unbearable that it woke Seokjin up suddenly. He opened his eyes and found himself in Namjoon's arms. Namjoon was sleeping half-naked. Seokjin was a little confused about why he was on Namjoon because even though they had been sleeping together, there had never been an instance where they had accidentally cuddled. It was clearly not good for his heart, but he still tried to snuggle back to sleep, but the headache was killing him. He grunted a little, waking Namjoon up. Namjoon immediately got up with Seokjin still in his arms, "Hyung?"
Seokjin shook his head, "I am fine. It's just a headache."
Namjoon sighed. He ruffled Seokjin's hair, "That is why you should drink in limit."
Seokjin scrunched his face. His eyes were closed as he couldn't handle the sunlight coming into the room. He placed his finger on his lips, "Shhh... You are too loud. Shut up."
Namjoon chuckled, "The audacity." He got out of the bed to leave the room.
Seokjin opened his eyes momentarily and glared at Namjoon, "I am still an emperor." He looked cute with his bed hair and squinted through his eyelashes to look at Namjoon.
Namjoon turned back and bent over to Seokjin, "Well, your royal majesty, meet me in the kitchen. I will cure your hangover." He turned around to leave, "Don't go back to sleep." He intentionally spoke louder.
"Aish!" Seokjin threw a pillow at him, "Shut up, you asshole!" He glared at the door briefly before holding his head and curling against the blanket. Namjoon was right. He shouldn't have drunk so much the previous night. As he was about to fall asleep, he woke himself up and slowly made his way to the kitchen. Namjoon was already standing behind the counter with a glass in his hand. Namjoon had a weird, evil smile on his face. And Seokjin was scared of whatever the glass was holding.
Namjoon gave the glass to Seokjin, "Come on, bottoms up." His voice was surprisingly calm and soothing.
Seokjin peaked into the glass only to put it back on the counter. "Uck! I am not drinking this!" The glass held a raw egg whisked into a liquid. It smelt horrible, and Seokjin almost puked at the smell.
Namjoon clicked his tongue, "Come on, hyung. This will cure your hangover in half an hour. Just close your nose and drink this in one sip."
Seokjin shook his head, "No. Just make me something else. Anything else."
Namjoon smirked a little. He stepped closer to Seokjin. He picked up the glass and pinched Seokjin's nose close. Seokjin tried to protest but it was useless as Namjoon forced the glass to Seokjin's mouth. Seokjin had no option other than to gulp down the drink.
Seokjin acted as if he was going to puke, "You-"
Before he could say anything, Namjoon gave him another glass, "Water. Wash it down with water."
Seokjin glared at him as he drank a considerable amount of water.
"Good boy." Namjoon ruffled his hair as he took the glass back. Seokjin groaned and slapped his hand away. Namjoon cackled, "You can go back to sleep now. Let me know if you want breakfast."
Seokjin raised his eyebrows, "Do you not have work today?"
Namjoon shook his head, "The people who went to the main market yesterday are given a day off. So, I am home today."
Seokjin huffed and went back to the room with a pout on his face.

Ever since Seokjin went missing, Moonbaek's life had been more miserable. His father kept pressuring him to do something revolting, and his men were just incompetent. There was no way to find where Namjoon had hidden Seokjin. He was sitting in his study, leaning back in the chair, thinking of a way to get Seokjin before the empire did. He was also very curious about the person running the empire without Seokjin. They were clearly doing a fabulous job. There was barely any rift in public opinion, and Seokjin's popularity grew among the subjects. If only he knew who the fuck was in charge, he could make an uproar and start a rebellion.
