(Hanji x levi) Heck of a Story to Tell

Hanji's POV~

His lips touched, and I didn't know what was going on at that moment. As normal people would say, "I saw fireworks as he kissed me." That didn't happen. It was nowhere near to what I saw. I saw the dreams I had, and it came true. It was right in front of me now, and this wasn't a dream.

Levi pulled away, and my heart wanted to keep going.

"Your ears are turning red. Are you that surprised?" He asked sternly, but gently. I couldn't feel anything that was around me, so I couldn't react to how I physically felt. "Your cheeks are red too." There was that feeling when you couldn't find your words. But I knew that I looked dumb just staring at him like this.

"S-sorry. It's just-" he cuts off my words. His arms pull my body close to his, to where I lay on top of his chest.

"It's alright. I know you're tired. We'll sleep here tonight. The clouds are dark. I don't think it's going to stop raining." His voice was expressionless as usual if you have recently met him. If you truly understand and pay attention to him, he meant every word that came out of his mouth. I guess everything is going to be alright.

Erwin's POV~
(A/N: *gasps* there's an Erwin POV?!)
Hanji and Levi haven't arrived yet since our expedition. Maybe they didn't make it. There's no way Levi could die. I wouldn't know much about Hanji and her recklessness, but she is skillful with her blades.

"Mike. Get all of Levi's squad team." Mike nods his head and leaves my office. Hanji that idiot. She knows she's not supposed to leave my side.

Gunter, Erd, Auruo, and Petra enters with the salute.

"Gunter, Erd, Auruo, Petra. Since our last expedition, where did you last see Levi and Hanji?" Auruo, being his usual self, tries to imitate Levi by crossing his arms. Erd and Gunter looked at each other without a clue. But Petra.

"Petra. Do you know anything?" Petra always had a weak spot when it came to her in the spotlight. Like when she encountered her first Titan, I couldn't resist myself from laughing when Levi told me.

"U-um. Levi was knocked away by a Titan during our expedition. And Hanji went to g-go after him." That wasn't all that happened. I knew about the rumors the other cadets and Scout Regiment have made. If she really did love Levi, then why didn't she stop Hanji and go after him herself?

She saw the stern expression I made. Her fear of my suspicion made her jump a little.

"But I did try to stop Hanji though! I told her Levi would catch up with us, but-" My hand lifts up to stop her useless blabbering.

"I have heard enough. Thank you. You're dismissed." Levi's squad group saluted, and exited the room. The window that was suppose to shine light shown grey lighting and rain.

Mike was dismissed by my order, and I needed to be alone. Not in despair of losing Levi and Hanji. But in anger. Why would Hanji want Levi? I get that he's one of the best and a captain of a squad, but he's nothing compared to me. I'm the leader of the whole Survey Corps. She'll realize soon enough about who she really belongs to. Heck. She's actually married to me. That slut.

Levi's POV~
Her breathing was still uneven and shaky.

"Hanji. I know you're not sleeping. You're going to be fine." I try to say nicely. She turns her head to look at me. Her eyes had innocence in them with those black eyes.

"Can you tell me a story?" A twenty one year old girl asking for a bedtime story? That was unheard of. I didn't know any stories either except for one.

"But Hanji-" her arms cling onto my body, and her face buried into my shirt. The last thing I wanted was for her to cry, or then she'll think I don't love her. Then the whole Petra thing would start again. "Okay fine. Um," her breathing became even shallower.

"I don't really know the story, but sleeping beauty woke up from a prince she was destined to meet. And after he kissed her, they lived happily ever after." It wasn't the best story I've ever told, but it seemed like it made her happy.

"Thank you Levi. It was a very nice story." Something was special about Hanji. She doesn't expect much from anyone, and she'd help anyone out. Like me. I probably would have been dead if it wasn't for her. And in fact, she still hasn't told me her story about what we've been through.

Just to do something nice, I plant a kiss on her forehead. Even though she didn't notice, I blush.
