"Geto-san!"

Haibara rose from his seat to wave at the raven-haired teen excitedly, "Did you hear? We are allowed to take part in the annual goodwill event with Kyoto school."

The second-years came to sit down at the same picnic table. The weather was pleasant and all the classes were done for the day so the group was hanging out outdoors, rather than returning to their dorm/home.

"We sure did. That just shows that you guys did a great expression", Geto encouraged him kindly.

"You are coming too, right, senpai?", your eyes caught Gojo's glance.

"What? You aren't scared, are you?", he tilted his head to the side, letting you see a hint of his blue eyes.

"Quite the opposite. I want to show you my new skill", you puffed proudly.

"Okay now, I feel like I'm letting my favorite kouhai down", Gojo grumbled.

"These two have a mission on that day, so it will be just me from the second-years," Ieiri said as she finished chewing her candy.

"What? But, this is a school event", Haibara complained.

"Probably Kyoto school urges the officials here to let the two special grades go away for the event", Nanami commented.

"Can they do that?"

"The higher-ups are from Kyoto, aren't they?", he shrugged at you.

Seeing you and Haibara's pouting faces, Geto offered, "Just because we won't be able to hear about it. We'll be expecting good news from you all."

"Yeah, it's a shame that I won't be there to see Utahime's losing face. But, make sure to kick those Kyoto butts!"

"Aren't you from Kyoto?"

"Shush, shush, I'm in Tokyo now", he nudged Geto.

"Maybe you are acting as a spy for them", Ieiri eyed him with fake suspicion.

"Pftt, yeah right. Utahime sent me here to spy on how many cigarettes you smoke per day."

"She would", Geto nodded along.

"Let's not make this my problem. Back to the topic, we need to strategize against them. Huddle now", Ieiri ignored her two classmates and sat down on the right side, along with Nanami and you. Haibara was content to chat with Gojo and Geto on the other side of the table.

"Ieiri-senpai, do you know Kyoto's students' abilities?"

"Hmm, Utahime-senpai's support skill is solely to enhance her teammates. She doesn't have a technique to debuff enemies as far as I know. Other than her, I remember two ranged attackers and three close combat attackers."

You took out a notepad from a pocket and wrote down diligently, "Do they have anyone else in support role?"

"Not that I know of. But, they might be one in this year's first year. I haven't met with them before."

"What about fields? We are going to Kyoto this year, right?", Nanami joined in.

"Yeah, last year was here in Tokyo so higher-ups took their side this year even though we won last year."

"Can you tell me how you did it last year, Ieiri-senpai?"

She just pointed at the other side with her chin, "Those two idiots had a bet on who beat more opponents. Needless to say, I barely even lifted a finger in the event. The time when I finally used my skill was when they fought against each other for no apparent reason."
