"Pheww~ That was tiring."
"Don't be dramatic, Satoru. You didn't even break a sweat."
"Do you know how hard it is to hold back? A little too much and they would become past tense."
Suguru only rolled his eyes at his friend before continuing to check the cured objects. They both received a mission that morning to clear out a warehouse filled with cursed objects. These stated objects were sold to the public to make profits by some gang of curse users.
"Satoru, you shouldn't touch these so carelessly", Suguru said, frowning at Satoru, who picked up an odd-looking table clock.
"Relax, Suguru. If it's something bad, I can have my infinity on."
"Just because you have- Don't tweak its hands, Satoru."
"I'm trying to see what got it stuck this way. Maybe if I push it like this."
As soon as the clock hand was pushed in reverse, it rewinded like crazy.
"What the-?"
"Satoru! Drop-"
Before Suguru finished his sentence, a burst of grey smoke covered them. He summoned a winged curse to clear out the smoke.
"Satoru? Where are you?!"
When his eyes couldn't find his tall-ass friend anywhere, his head went blank. Concerns took over his thoughts. Maybe he should have been more careful. He, of all the people, knew how Satoru would act. At that moment, a small voice called out to him.
"Hey, weird bangs!"
Although he didn't appreciate the name, there could be no one else but him here to be referred to as by. His confusion doubled when he looked for the source of the voice. There was a small boy, looking up at him with a pair of familiar blue eyes but much hostility. A high school uniform was too big on his much smaller frame.
"Did you kidnap me here?"
"What do you mean by kidnap? Most importantly, are you Satoru?"
"Satoru?", the boy grew even more hostile if that was possible, "That's a pretty funny way of calling your hostage."
"You aren't- ARE YOU SERIOUSLY USING 'BLUE' ON ME?!"
The warehouse was close to ruins when the two special grades finally stopped fighting. The assistant manager, who came to pick up the students and the cursed objects, dropped his jaws to see the duo bruises and cuts on their bodies. At least they weren't physically fighting anymore.

"Oh! She's here. Usa, Over here!"
Shoko waved you over from the picnic table under the tree. You walked as fast as you could when you first received a message from her.
"Shoko-senpai, Do you have something cute to show me?"
"Sure do~ Come quick!"
You were expecting to find cute hair accessories or maybe the dress that she found lovely at the mall. You didn't expect to find a small boy with a pair of curious light blue eyes looking right at you.
"Who is the kid, Shoko-san?"
Yu was the first one to move forward and offered his hand with a cheerful voice, "Hello! I'm Haibara Yu but you can call me Yu-nii-chan."
"Were you appointed to be a babysitter from Gojo-san?", Kento crossed his arms in front of his chest with a hint of interest in his tone, "So, who's the kid? His cousin?"
