*Charlie's POV*

Since it was late at night when we arrived at my house, Niall and I had gone up to bed.

Liam and Danielle got the first guest room.

Louis and Eleanor got the second guest room.

Daniel and Katie had his room.

Harry and Stacey slept on the couch.

And Zayn slept on the mattress in my room.

Perrie wasn't able to come up, she had to fly back to where she lived.

For the entire day the next day, I lay in bed, with tissues from me everywhere.

I grabbed a pen, paper and my guitar, and began writing a song and Niall helped.

I just poured my heart out on the page, and by the end of the day, I had a full song.

Throughout the day, Harry would bring me food, but I barely ate half of it.

All the boys and girls had come in to cheer Daniel and I up.

But nothing could cheer me up.

They didn't bother cracking any jokes, because they were hurt just as much as I was.

The next day I forced myself out of bed and into the shower to get ready for the funeral.

I didn't wet my hair, because I didn't want to have to deal with blow drying it.

When I got out, I dried myself and got dressed into:  www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=54461867. Even though you could see the scratches on my left arm, I didn't care. I wrapped it in a clean bandage, and if anyone asked, I would just say I got hurt down in Australia.

Everyone else was dressed all in black as well, and we left.

When we walked inside, there were so many people there.

My mum was well known around the area. She would always go out of her way to help others, and she was the best nurse at the local hospital.

She saved many lives.

But no one saved hers.

"Oh, Charlotte, I am so sorry for your loss," Niall's mum came up to me and hugged me, kissing my cheek.

"Thank you so much for coming. I know it means a lot to her." I say as we pull away.

She says hello to my dad, Niall and everyone else, before we all go sit in the front row.

When it is my turn to go and give my speech and sing my song, I get up, grip Niall's hand once more, before I walk up on stage.

I never wrote a speech, I didn't need to.

"My mum was a wonderful person," I started. "She would help anyone she could and went out of her way to help others. She saved many lives at the hospital, and was the best mum I could wish for. She didn't deserve this." I began tearing up, "I don't see my mum as any normal woman. I see my mum as a hero. I see her as the woman who had to deal with me for 20 years. This song, is for you, mum."

I grab my guitar, sat on the stool, and began to play my new song, My Heart Will Go On (A/N originally by Celine Dion, but let's pretend not). (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gBTlxZO3rxA).

By the first chorus, I had already begun tearing up.

When I completed the song, everyone stood up and clapped.

I saw familiar faces who were crying, and some who I didn't recognise that were also crying.

Even Niall was crying.

When it came time to bury her, my dad brought over a bunch of White Carnations.

My mum's favourite flower.

He handed one to me, Niall, Louis, Zayn, Liam, Harry, Stacey, Eleanor, Danielle, Daniel and Katie. He also took one for himself.

We went over and placed them on her coffin, and then I turned around and hugged Niall.

I heard them burying her, but I couldn't watch.

When we went home, I got changed into some trackies, a singlet and one of Niall's jumpers, then went to bed in Niall's arms.
