Jimin’s punches reverberated through the empty gym, each strike against the punching bag echoing like a heartbeat. His bare chest glistened with sweat, the muscles of his arms rippling as he moved. Dressed only in long black shorts, he looked like a man fighting a battle that couldn’t be won.

His breath came in ragged gasps as tears blurred his vision. He refused to let them fall, biting the inside of his cheek to force the pain back down. But it was futile. The memories were relentless, clawing their way to the surface, pulling him under.

He stopped, his fist still pressed against the bag as he rested his forehead on the cool leather.

"How did it all go so wrong?" he whispered, his voice trembling.

His thoughts spiraled to Hoseok. The boy he had fallen for in high school, the boy he had teased and bullied just to grab his attention. He had been so desperate back then, and when Hoseok finally noticed him, Jimin had been over the moon.

He sniffled, shaking his head as a tear escaped and slid down his cheek.

"I was going to marry him," he muttered bitterly, his grip tightening on the bag. "I did marry him. I gave him everything—my heart, my life."

And now, Hoseok had given himself to someone else.

The thought of Hoseok with Yoongi—touching, kissing, making love—seared through Jimin’s mind like a hot iron. He stepped back from the bag, wiping his face with a shaky hand.

"They’re probably fucking right now," he spat, the venom in his tone unable to mask the heartbreak beneath.

He resumed his punches, each strike harder than the last, as though punishing the bag could somehow erase the betrayal.

In the quiet kitchen of their home, Hoseok sat on a stool, staring at the steaming cup of coffee in front of him. The silence was deafening, his thoughts louder than any words could ever be. He turned the wedding ring on his finger, the cool metal a painful reminder of the promises he had broken.

Tears welled in his eyes, threatening to spill as he whispered to himself, "What have I done?"

His mind drifted back to the past, to when everything was simpler. Jimin, his first love, his first everything. The boy who had once been his tormentor but had become the love of his life. He thought of their wedding day, the way Jimin had looked at him with so much love, the promises they had made to each other.

Now, those promises felt like lies.

And yet, amidst the guilt and pain, there was Yoongi. The man who had turned his world upside down, who had made him feel things he hadn’t thought possible. Yoongi had awakened a desire in him, a passion so intense it consumed him.

But at what cost?

Warm arms wrapped around his shoulders from behind, pulling him from his thoughts. Hoseok stiffened, his breath hitching as Yoongi pressed a kiss to his cheek.

"Hoseok," Yoongi murmured, his voice low and gravelly. "What’s been going on between you and Jimin lately?"

Hoseok didn’t answer, his fingers gripping the edge of the table as tears slipped down his face.

Yoongi sighed, brushing his lips against Hoseok’s ear. "Talk to me, love."

"Just… leave me," Hoseok whispered, his voice barely audible.

Yoongi frowned, moving to sit beside him. He reached out, running his hand through Hoseok’s hair in a soothing gesture. "Don’t cry," he said softly. "You know I hate seeing you like this."

Hoseok pulled away sharply, his teary eyes glaring at Yoongi. "I said, leave me alone."

Yoongi’s jaw tightened as he stood. "Why are you acting like this is all my fault?"

Hoseok’s voice trembled with anger and heartbreak. "Because it is! If you hadn’t seduced me, if you hadn’t kept coming after me, none of this would have happened! I wouldn’t have destroyed my marriage, I wouldn’t have betrayed Jimin!"

Yoongi took a step closer, his voice calm but firm. "Seduced you? Hoseok, you wanted this just as much as I did. Don’t pretend I forced myself on you. You begged me to touch you, begged me to make you feel good."

Hoseok flinched, his face burning with shame. "Don’t," he whispered, his voice breaking.

Yoongi didn’t relent, his dark eyes locked on Hoseok’s. "You wanted me, Hoseok. You wanted every kiss, every touch. You wanted to be mine."

Hoseok shook his head, tears streaming down his face. "And look where that’s gotten us. I’m pregnant with your child, Yoongi. Jimin hates me. My life is falling apart, and it’s all because of you!"

Yoongi’s gaze softened, and he reached for Hoseok’s hand, but Hoseok pulled away. "Don’t," he said again, his voice barely above a whisper. "Just leave me alone."

"Hoseok—" Yoongi began, but Hoseok cut him off with a scream.

"LEAVE ME ALONE!"

The words echoed through the kitchen, leaving a heavy silence in their wake. Yoongi stepped back, his own eyes glistening with tears. "You’re hurting me," he said softly.

Hoseok laughed bitterly, his voice hollow. "I don’t care. I’m the one in the middle of all this. I’m the one hurting everyone. So don’t talk to me about pain."

Yoongi’s voice broke as he asked, "Do you want me to leave?"

Hoseok’s laugh turned into a choked sob. "There’s no need," he muttered, turning away. "I’m the one leaving."

Yoongi reached out, his hand trembling as he called after him. "Hoseok, don’t do this."

But Hoseok didn’t stop, his voice a broken whisper as he walked away. "I can’t do this anymore."

The sound of the kitchen door closing behind him felt like the final nail in the coffin of their love. Yoongi stood frozen, tears streaming down his face as the weight of Hoseok’s words crushed him.
