The park was quiet, blanketed in a soft layer of untouched snow that sparkled like a field of diamonds under the moonlight. Twinkling fairy lights from nearby lampposts cast a warm glow, painting the perfect Christmas Eve setting.

Hoseok adjusted the hood of his oversized fluffy jacket, his cheeks already flushed from the cold. He turned to watch their baby girl, Lila, toddling around in her tiny, puffed-up jacket and snow trousers. The bright red scarf around her neck made her look like a tiny, festive marshmallow. She giggled loudly as she bent to scoop up some snow in her mitten-covered hands, her joy infectious.

“Careful, sweetheart!” Hoseok called out, keeping a watchful eye on her as he leaned into Jimin, who stood beside him.

Jimin had his hands buried in his jacket pockets, his nose and cheeks tinged pink from the chill. “She’s fearless, isn’t she?” he said, smiling fondly as he watched Lila plop down in the snow, clapping her hands excitedly.

Yoongi, who was sitting on a nearby bench with a thermos of hot cocoa, chuckled. “She gets that from you two,” he teased, his breath visible in the frosty air. “Definitely not me.”

Hoseok snorted, shooting him a playful glare. “Oh, please. She’s your kid, too. That stubborn streak? Pure Min Yoongi.”

“Hey!” Yoongi protested, though the small smile tugging at his lips betrayed his amusement.

Lila suddenly let out a high-pitched squeal, drawing their attention. She had discovered the joy of throwing snow into the air and watching it fall around her like tiny stars.

“Look at her!” Jimin said, his voice filled with awe. “She’s so happy.”

Hoseok beamed, his heart swelling with warmth. “She’s perfect.”

The three of them spent the next hour playing with Lila. They built a lopsided snowman—well, Hoseok did most of the work while Jimin and Yoongi critiqued from the sidelines. Lila added her finishing touch by pressing a carrot nose onto the snowman, her mitten-covered hand almost knocking it over in the process.

“Ta-da!” Hoseok declared, stepping back to admire their creation. “A masterpiece!”

Yoongi tilted his head, pretending to scrutinize it. “It’s... unique.”

“Unique?” Jimin laughed, nudging Yoongi with his elbow. “It’s better than anything you could make.”

Yoongi raised an eyebrow, feigning offense. “I’ll have you know I’m an expert snowman architect.”

“Oh, yeah?” Hoseok challenged, scooping up a handful of snow. Before Yoongi could react, Hoseok launched the snowball at him, hitting him square in the chest.

“War!” Yoongi shouted, grabbing his own handful of snow and retaliating.

What followed was a chaotic, laughter-filled snowball fight. Hoseok zigzagged through the snow, trying to dodge Yoongi and Jimin’s attacks while Lila waddled behind him, cheering him on. At one point, Jimin slipped and fell into a pile of snow, and Hoseok couldn’t stop laughing long enough to help him up.

As the night wore on and their cheeks ached from laughing and smiling, Hoseok scooped up Lila in his arms. Her eyes were wide with wonder, reflecting the twinkling lights around them.

“It’s almost time,” Jimin said, checking his watch. “Three minutes to midnight.”

The three of them gathered in a circle, with Hoseok holding Lila in the middle. The air was crisp and filled with anticipation as they started the countdown.

“Ten!” Yoongi began, his deep voice carrying through the quiet park.

“Nine!” Jimin joined in, his tone light and cheerful.

“Eight! Seven!” Hoseok chimed in, bouncing Lila lightly in his arms to keep her giggling.

“Six! Five!” Lila clapped her tiny hands together, mimicking their excitement.

“Four! Three!” Their voices grew louder, echoing through the stillness of the night.

“Two! One!”

Hoseok kissed Lila’s cheek and whispered softly, “Merry Christmas, baby.”

Lila looked at them with her big, curious eyes and, in the softest voice, said, “Mewwy Chwistmas.”

The three dads froze for a second, their hearts melting simultaneously. Then they erupted into cheers, shouting, “Merry Christmas!” in unison, their voices full of love and joy.

Lila giggled, her laugh the sweetest sound in the world, as the four of them huddled together in the snow, a family wrapped in warmth despite the cold.

As the snow continued to fall around them, blanketing the park in a peaceful silence, Hoseok couldn’t help but think that this was the best Christmas Eve he’d ever had.

The End~

This is so sweet, oh my God🤧
