"You forgive me, Lil Foenem?" Torah questioned with a smirk gracing on his lips, swinging his legs over the edge of the bed. He leaned down to grab the Calvin Klein boxer briefs laid on the floor, and he pulled them up.
"I been forgave you. I forgave you that night everything happened, Von." Harmony softly chuckled as she lifted an oversized shirt from the edge of the bed and pulled it over her head before sliding the panties up her legs.
Ever since the chaotic incident at the club that left Harmony upset, Torah made it his mission to lift her spirits. He became a comforting presence, visiting her house regularly, pleasing her and engaging her in lighthearted conversations to distract her from the issue at hand. Whenever she called out for sexual favors, he welcomed her into his home, evidently dropping everything unimportant.
On the other hand, he'd been unknowingly distancing himself away from people during the process, people that included Kema and Asian, whom he didn't value to the slightest.
"That shit won't happen again, ma. I checked up onnat." He reassured, hurriedly buttoning his Amiri jeans, and he glanced at the white undershirt hanging on the lamp, snatching it up and pulling it over his head.
"I don't know why because people are gonna do whatever they please. I'm sure she doesn't take you serious because she has access to you." She shrugged, her weight on her arms that firmly rested behind her on the mattress.
"So youn take me serious? Cause you just had access to me." He replied with a soft chuckle, which transitioned into a laugh when she playfully tossed a small pillow at him.
"I don't. I never took you serious actually." She joked, squealing when he climbed on the bed and pinned her down.
"Aye, stop playin' wimme like ima hoe." He laughed, his lips repeatedly pressing against different areas of her face before planting on her soft lips.
"Okay, I'm sorry." She chuckled, smiling as her arms securely draped around his neck. She actually enjoyed the unserious side of him.
Harmony and Torah found themselves dazed in each other's hypnotic gazes, and she wrapped her legs around his waist, pulling him closer as she leaned in to kiss him. Their lips met in a passionate yet sloppy kiss, and just as things began to escalate into another round of sex, his phone rang.
He irritated sighed as he pulled away from her, answering the phone call from Durk and pressing the phone to his ear. "Hello?"
"Aye, Von, whea' you at? You late." Durk spoke into the phone, knowing full well his cousin's exact location from the Find My iPhone app he had carelessly checked moments ago.
"Bitch, I know you know whea' I'm at. But I'm on my way, gang." Torah laughed, the infectious sound causing Harmony to smile; she loved his laugh.
Torah ended the call and placed his phone down on the nightstand. He glanced around the bedroom momentarily before he reached for his red Givenchy shirt that was at the edge of the bed where he had tossed it earlier. He yanked it from the bed and pulled it over his head, pausing when he noticed the subtle frown on Harmony's face.
