Evening At Home

It was already evening when they reached home. Luckily she got over it.

Sonica got out of the car with her 2 sons while she sighed stressfully.

It was cloudy 'which means rain is going to began'.

They entered the house as Sonica shouted, "We're home!"

Manny rushes to her and said, "Welcome home Ms. Royale."

Sonica replied, "Thank you and thanks again for watching Max and my Dad for me, Manny. I woulda done it but I keep having more work than being my usual stay at home mom routine."

Manny replied as he smiled, "Hey it's not problem Ms. Royale. It's my pleasure. Besides, I know how you feel. I keep working as a nurse so often I barely had time to be a stay at home parent with my kids. Well I better get going. Don't want my family to worry."

Sonica asked, "How about you stay for dinner Manny?"

Manny replied, "No thank you Ms. Royale but thank you for offering. Liam's preparing some vegetable dinner. He knows I love being a vegetarian."

Sonica understood completely as she nodded.

He walked out to his car and said, "See you tomorrow Ms. Royale."

Sonica waved goodbye to him as the two boys took off their backpacks and also place them on the hook.

The three walked into the kitchen to see Allen cooking dinner and baby Max playing on his play-mat.

Sonica greeted her father.

Allen turn to see them and said, "Welcome back my daughter. Welcome back my amazing grandsons."

The two boys replied to their grandmother, "Hi Grandpa."

Sonica asked, "How's your day Daddy?"

Allen replied, "It's been good. Manny has been a good help. I offered him to stay with us but he politely turned it down."

Sonica then said to her, "Well he does have a family."

She then turns to the youngest son and said as she picked him up, "And how's my little angel doing?"

She kissed his forehead and said, "Aww I missed you Max." Baby Max cooed happily as he clapped.

Both Riku and Satoshi were going to the living room but Sonica stopped them and asked, "And where do you two think you're going?"

Satoshi honestly replied to her, "We're going to watch Tv in the living room Mom."

She walked to them and gave Max to Satoshi and said, "Well take your little brother with you."

Riku sighed deeply and said, "Oh man! I don't wanna watch big baby shows."

Satoshi turn to her and said, "Riku, Max is still a baby. I haft to tolerate every baby boy show you watched as a baby. We're big brothers. We haft o make sacrifices for little siblings."

Sonica nodded before he said, "That's my boy. But don't watch Tv too long, it will be dinner soon."

Satoshi and Riku replied as they walk to the living room with little Max, "Okay Mom."
