Inside were the countless screams of mental patience locked in their cells and solitary confinement.
Doctors, nurses, and security were present at night time.
One of the nurses muttered while walking, "Geez. I do these kinds of brutal treatments and they don't even pay me."
He then entered to Jamie's cell as the doctor arrived and opened the door.
There was Jamie in a patience gown and a chain on his leg.
The doctor said to the nurse, "Oh jealousy. Such a shameful thing. It can drive someone mad, completely. They do not tell the difference between fake or real feelings for a certain someone. A person shouldn't come close to being this messy to the point of doing something screwy. Let alone killing someone's husband and attempting to murder an infant. Right or wrong, I don't even know if we could do this."
The nurse replied to her, "I understand doc but his brother already paid for his bail. I say, it's just messy. When he is releases tomorrow, who knows how terrible people will treat him? But he did agree that Jamie has to be under parole."
The doctor replied to the nurse, "I say for the better nurse. However Alex already agreed if he is indeed released then he has to be wear the ankle bracelet to prevent him from getting anywhere near Sonica and her sons. Those boys are just like her when she was a teenager. Though little Satoshi will be down that road soon."
She then walks out for a bit as The nurse took a smoke and said, "Mr. Jamie Rose? Your brother 'Alex' has paid your bail and your being release tomorrow. But he agreed that you haft to be under parole. Plus, you have a visitor."
Jamie looked down and said with tears of shame, "Who could it be? If it's Sonica, then tell her I..."
The nurse replied, "Actually Mr. Rose. It's a male bat."
Jamie looked up and said, "Rogue? Very well."
The nurse unlocked her ankle and said, "Don't get any ideas Mr."
Jamie nodded before walking over to the visitor section. Once he saw Rogue, ye sat down.
Rogue greeted, "Hey Jamie."
Then Jamie greeted back flatly, "Hey Rogue, long time no see. How are things?"
Rogue answered with his head down, "They were good at first but then I felt ashamed for what I have done. You see, 8 months ago, I told Knuckette the truth. I confessed that me and you were breaking them apart. Needless to say, she was mad and she felt stupid for not believing in Sonica. What are you in for?"
Jamie replied to him, "I went berserk. I killed Raito Flora and I attempted to kill his son. But failed. Sonica, she really hates me for what I have done. As if, breaking her up with Knuckette was worst enough. Now here I am, trapped in an asylum for murder and attempted murder. I felt terrible Rogue. I almost killed a baby."
He broke down into tears and said, "We never shoulda broke them up. What should we do Rogue?"
Rogue answered her as she looked down, "To be honest, I don't know. Knuckette nowadays was trying to Sonica. But no trace of her whereabouts."
Jamie asked, "Have you talk to Sonica?"
Rogue answered her, "No. I haven't seen her in 11 years. Last time we saw Sonica, she said she was tired of chasing her and she never wanted to see Knuckette again. That was the day she officially divorced her. I think she lost interest in her."
Jamie sighed deeply and said, "Well to be honest, I felt horrible for what I did."
Rogue replied, "Look, I'm sure whoever Raito's wife is, I'm sure she is forgiving."
Jamie replied to her, "I don't think you heard Rogue, Sonica is Raitos widow. She's a mother of3 Rogue."
Rogues eyes widened at it. Both guys looked down, they wished they coulda changed the past but they couldn't.
Although Rogue did not hear about Sonica being married to Raito, let alone a mother.
Jamie looked at Rogue and blushed as he asked, "What should we actually do Rogue? Should we get them back together again, even despite Sonica being a mom and a recent widow?"
Rogue replied with a shrug, "I am not sure that's possible I'm afraid. I don't think Sonica could stand to look at her. She did say 'don't try to find her'. We need a plan Jamie."
Though visiting hours were over the doctor said, "Sir, visiting hours are over. We gotta get the patient back to his cell."
That was when Jamie was escorted back to his cell.
The doctor then said in a threatening manner, "Listen here. You are lucky you are getting released but I warn you Jamie Rose, if you get near Ms. Royale and her sons, there will be consequences."
When he arrived to his cell, Jamie nodded in understanding as the door cells was locked.
He won't like the bad attention he will be given on his release, but what can he and Rogue do to undo what they did to the once happy lesbian couple?
