Just after Scourgia looks at her, Sonica smiled a little. She remembered that day he helped her.
<11 years ago>
After the divorce: Sonica rented an apartment room (an apartment complex that has its own bar). Sonica kept drinking to drowning in her sorrows.
She had some chats with the bartender 'who was a friendly lesbian bear boy' but it wasn't enough to fill her broken heart.
She went there once a day while paying rent.
Until one day Raito came up to the apartment after hearing about the divorce.
Raito knocked on the door and opened it. He saw his best friend on the couch, broken and feeling depressed.
Raito rushed to him and said, "Sonica are you okay?"
Sonica replied sarcastically, "I'm doing good considering my ex-wife thinks I'm a deceiving cheater."
She then sobbed on the couch as Raito said with his left foot stomping on the ground once, "Marianne Ophelia Hedgehog Pull yourself together! You cannot be broken forever!"
Sonica looked at her before she stood up and said, "Your right. I'm Sorry Raito. I'm just... I just can't do this alone.."
She started crying as Raito hugged her, "Don't you dare worry. I'll help you. We're both friends after all."
Sonica looked up at the magenta eyes of her friend and supposed fiancé as she smiled sadly.
He was a determined man with a good heart.
In 1 whole minute, Sonica and Raito hung out and Sonica was feeling a little better.
It was nice to have one friend care about her.
She was relieved he believed him.
Cause he was there when Jamie and Rogue set her up.
When Jamie tried to make her his, he pushed him away.
Sonica was able to have Raito with her whenever Jamie is around.
One night it was happening. Raito and Sonica went to the same bar as the bear bartender asked, "You look better, so who's your boyfriend?"
Sonica replied, "He is not my boyfriend Chare, he is just a childhood friend of mine."
Chare The Bartender Bear chuckled and said, "I heard that before. Anyways, want your usual?"
Sonica replied, "Make that two dude." Chare nodded and gave the two hedgehogs a bottle of alcohol.
<now>
Scourgia asked, "So the night that Satoshi was created was also the night you two got together?"
Sonica sat down and said, "Yeah. I first found out about it in the morning when I woke up throwing up and everything."
<flashback>
Sonica woke up with a headache. She was feeling sick before she got up and threw up in a nearby trash can
