Chapter 15: "I'm falling in love with you."

You were unaware of this, but this night would be one you will never forget.

Tory later arrived back in her room, drowned in fatigue from the intense training. Nevertheless, you soon made her aware of your new plans for the night.

A satisfied smirk grew on her lips as you eagerly explained Kwon's offer. "Kwon, inviting you out on a date? How... unlike him? Now, come on, I need to get you ready!"

A chuckle left your lips as Tory threw out various alluring pieces from her closet, encouraging you to choose one. Catching her eye, she pulled out a gorgeous black dress. "Y/n, you're wearing this, no complaints. Now get dressed!" Tory assertively demanded, hurling the dress towards you.

Five minutes before Kwon was going to arrive, Tory applied the final touches to your makeup. The last flick of mascara brushed your lashes, with the shine of your eyeshadow glistening gracefully in the light. Tory, who had now completed the finishing touches, spoke admirably. "You look beautiful, y/n."

A genuine smile blossomed on your face at Tory's compliment. You didn't just look beautiful, but you truly felt it, too.

"Thank you, Tory. The look wouldn't have been possible without you." You replied, winking. Before Tory could respond, a reverberating knock interrupted your conversation, sending a flutter of quivering nerves deep into your stomach.

Tory gave you a thrilled smirk. "Have fun." She mouthed before disappearing out of sight. Attempting to repress your apprehension that remained, you took one last deep breath as you opened the door.

Kwon's eyes instantly drifted to you as he studied every part of you intensively. His eyes first drifted to your dress, the tight fabric complimenting your body perfectly, with a small slit, revealing a segment of your upper thigh. He admired your glossy h/c hair, which framed your face perfectly. Locking eyes with you, Kwon studied your features in awe. He noticed everything, the faint glow of highlighter on your cheek, the new shade of lip gloss you applied, and your eyes.

Kwon, for the first time in his life, was lost for words. His eyes widened, and his mouth was visibly agape, causing a chuckle to escape from your lips. Kwon unsuccessfully attempted to compose himself, as he could not keep his eyes off you.

"Wow, y/n. You look beautiful." Kwon remarked, with struggle. His heart rapidly pulsated as his breath was stuck in his throat.
A genuine smile grew on your face. "Thank you, Kwon, you don't look too bad yourself."
You studied Kwon for a moment, gazing at his frozen figure. You had never seen him act like this; he was mesmerised by the utter sight of you.

Are you okay, Kwon? You seem to be... distracted." You tauntingly inquired, causing Kwon to roll his eyes in response. But he wasn't annoyed at you. No. Not at all.

A smirk lay on Kwon's lips as he took a heavy breath. "Let's go." Kwon stated as he assertively held his hand out in invitation. Tenderly, you placed your hand over his, causing your fingers to interlink.

Arriving at your destination, you both joined the lengthy queue outside the club, which was hastily moving. To pass the time, Kwon started a brief conversation.

"So, y/n, did you expect to go to Barcelona and find someone like me?" Kwon inquired arrogantly.
A scoff left your lips. "Don't gloat; you are the lucky one, not me." You warned.
Unexpectedly, Kwon nodded his head in agreement, causing your eyebrows to raise in astonishment. "I know. I know." He admitted, smirking at you in pure awe.

As you entered the doors of the club, the blaring thump of music vibrated intensively in your eardrums, the pulsating lights briefly blinding your vision. Slightly overwhelmed, you took a breath and turned to Kwon. "I think I need a couple of drinks." You admitted.
In response, a chuckling Kwon gently pulled you towards the bar and ordered various rounds of drinks for you both.
