{ You wanted Kwon. And he wanted you. And you were not going to take this moment for granted. No way. It was going to last.}

Kwon leaned forward, reconnecting your lips in a strong kiss. However, although lust encompassed the air, this kiss was different than before. It was slower, delicate, and more tender. However, the burning passion still lingered between you two - stronger than ever.
Kwon tugged his jacket off and threw it spontaneously on his floor. Locking eyes with him, you gave him a genuine smile. You trusted him. You allowed yourself to become vulnerable, sharing things with him that you had never told anybody. In the few days you had known him, you felt closer to him than any of your teammates. Kwon respected you. Even he had allowed himself to become somewhat vulnerable in front of you. He could read you so easily and sense any changes in your mood almost simultaneously. This scared you; you had never felt this way about anybody before. And it scared Kwon, too. But you had an undeniable connection, and it was intensifying every second.
Giving you a slight smirk in return, Kwon passionately removed your shirt along with his own as he returned to the kiss. He cupped your cheek with one hand, the other hand squeezing your thigh, as you closed your eyes in pure bliss...

7:50
A soothing hum of the birds awoke you from your serenity. For a moment, you had almost forgotten where you were. But you could not escape it much longer. Today was the elimination round. And either you or Kwon would be going home.
With a heavy exhale, you dragged yourself out of Kwon's bed, attempting to retrieve all your clothes. When you had changed, you awoke Kwon by giving him a tender press on the shoulder.
"Wake up, Kwon. At this rate, you would have missed the match." You mocked, chuckling.
Kwon let out a low groan: "I am surprised you woke me up. I would not have put it past you to just have left me here asleep, y/n." He remarked, smug.
"I don't need to cheat, Kwon. Let's face it, my team is going to make it through to the next round," you responded assertively.
A scoff left Kwon's lips. "Looks like we will have to find out then, y/n." He challenged.
Not wanting to miss any more valuable training time before the tournament, you seized your phone from Kwon's nightstand.
"I have training now; it is such a shame I have to leave this conversation. See you on the mat, Kwon." You retorted.
However, before you could exit his room, Kwon had called out your name.
"Y/n, it seems like you have forgotten something, huh?" Kwon taunted, holding up your bra boldly.
Humiliation swallowed you whole, staining your cheeks a ruby-red hue and causing you to freeze entirely. Attempting to compose yourself, you took several deep breaths before turning around, looking as collected as possible. You vigorously snatched it from Kwon's hand as he lay there continuously chuckling. You could not look at him in the eyes.
Not wanting to entertain Kwon any further, you decided to walk out of his room, slamming his door shut without saying goodbye. You did not have time for his foolish antics. You had been fiercely training for this tournament for months. It had to be worth it.
You hear a sarcastic huff from the other side of the door. "No good luck then, y/n?" Kwon remarked smugly.
Shaking your head in disbelief, a smirk lay on your face as you entered the lift to leave Kwon's floor.
Turning slightly, you faced your reflection in the mirror. You were a champion. You knew that. Your senseis knew it. Your team knew it. You just had to show the world it. On the mat, you were an exploding force not to be reckoned with. You were a fighter.
You took a single exhale as you looked at yourself in the mirror one last time. Today could be your last chance to prove yourself. You knew this was a possibility, but you were determined to do everything in your power to continue your journey in the Sekai Taikai. You just had to beat Kwon.
