Part 31 / S2

The next day , you woke up to the bright sunlight of the sun that was shining through your window.
As you slowly opened your eyes , you felt a heavy feeling on your hand.
It seemed like Ni-ki fell asleep on your hand and he was still deep asleep.
"So cute" You said immediately admiring him as the first thing in the morning , he looked really tired from the day before.

Carefully , you waked him up : "Hey Ni-ki...it's time to wake up" You said in a soft tone.
"Hmm" He hummed in response not wanting to wake up.
"Come on , it's 9am already" You said with a warm smile plastered on your face.
But he still didn't show any sign of waking up anytime soon.

So you just decided to carefully pull your hand away from his grip so that you could start your day already.
However , just as you pulled it away , Ni-ki lifted his head , his eyes barely opening.
"Yn..?" he called you , his voice deeper than usual.
"You are awake now?" You asked even though his eyes were barely open.
"Hmm" He said forcing himself to wake up.

When he was fully awake , he stood up from the floor and gave his hand to you as if asking you to hold his hand and stand up too.
"How are you feeling now? Still scared?" He asked , the concern on his face still not disappearing.
"I am good now , don't worry!" You reassured him even though it was a big incident that had happened and you were not entirely over it.

"Then good morning , m'lady" He smiled warmly, pulling you up from the bed which made you smile back.
Just then you heard a knock on the door.

"Yn? Are you awake?" You heard the voice of your group member, Jia.
"YES!!" You shouted in reply covering Ni-ki's mouth so that he wouldn't make a noise.
"How are you feeling now?" Jia asked outside the door.
"ALL GOOD" You shouted again so that Jia could hear you behind the door.
"Alright then , start packing your things! And come for breakfast in 20 minutes" Jia added before you heard the footsteps of her leaving the hallway and going back downstairs.

Finally , you let go of your hand from Ni-ki's mouth.
"What was that for?" Ni-ki asked taking a deep breath since your hand restricted him from breathing earlier.
"They can't know you are here!!" You replied.
"Oh come on! They wouldn't think suspiciously about it , they know I carried you on my back from the Bungee Tower all the way to your room so I could be staying here to check up on you!" He said calmly giving you a reason why he could be staying with you in the room the whole night.

"So you are the one who brought me here after I fell asleep? And checked up on me the entire night?" You asked as he nodded to your question.
"Though , I fell asleep on your arm awhile later" He added.

You ruffled his hair with a smile.
"Thank you Ni-ki." You whispered , your voice soft with grace.
Then you hugged him , resting your head on his chest making him giggle a little.
"You don't know how shaken I was yesterday" He said , his chin lightly ontop of your head.
"I know. I thought I was gonna leave the world behind and you too.... and I didn't want that" You mumbled , your embrace around him becoming tighter.

He pulled away from the hug but his hand remained held tight on yours.
He kissed you on the forehead before saying : "I love you , don't forget that" he said , his voice soft yet deep.
"I love you more" You replied to his confession.
"I don't think so m'love , I love you way more" He added.
"Shut up" You pinched his nose playfully.

"Okay, now I have to go to my room to pack my stuff" He gave your hand a light squeeze before heading to the door.
"See you late m'lady" He said and left your room leaving you feeling loved more than ever.

You sighed as you watched him leave.
Eventually you started to pack your own stuff too.
After that you went to the kitchen downstairs since you were feeling a bit hungry.

The moment you arrived to the kitchen,everyone quickly started to ask how you were feeling now , concern all evident in their voices.
You took a deep breath as too many questions piled up on top of eachother.
"I am good now, stop worrying!!" You reassured them all at once.
"Are you sure?" Sunoo asked.
"Yes! I appreciate y'all for looking after me though!" You flashed them a warm smile so that you don't seem rude by just replying with a simple "yes".

Right after that , you were met with a tight embrace from behind by somebody.
You quickly recognised the person by the way they hugged you.
"Oh Yura , I am fine stop worrying!!" You chuckled, Yura was the type to always be worried about others.
