Chapter 11

I didn't hear a thing from Maisie for a few days. Either had Dylan. I knew it must've been tough for her. I mean, if my boyfriend had a broken nose, extremely swollen eye and was lying in a coma I wouldn't be in the mood to talk to anyone. I would be too busy worrying and would probably spend the whole time in hospital. To be honest that was probably where Maisie was.

Dylan and I went out on a walk, which was a usual thing for us. It was the fifth time we had circled Dylan's housing estate before we decided to have a wander somewhere else.

"You know what I don't understand?" Dylan started. "Why there is nothing exciting to do around here? Like look at the amount of people who live here and the most exciting thing that's happened to this town is the tesco express they've opened."

"I'm not complaining. It's handy just having to run around the corner for ice cream when you're having a mental breakdown." I shrugged and she laughed at me. "The whole Levi thing was exciting for some."

"Only Daniella would like what happened, she's such a stupid bitch." Dylan growled.

"Now she has a 'badass boyfriend' though." I impersonated Daniella's voice from the other day when we met her at the park. She seemed happy about what happened. Why would you be happy about that?

"If Drew done what Levi did I would be so mad. I wouldn't dump him but I would be so mad." Dylan told me and I agreed. I was mad at Levi but I still loved him, duh. Plus seeing him in handcuffs was pretty hot but if I told Dylan that she would hit me.

"Fucking stupid birds need to stop flying near me." Dylan growled as she moved out of the way of a bird that flew to the ground as we began to walk down a path that was covered with trees.

One of the funniest things about Dylan was her fear for birds. She hated them so much and apparently the feeling was mutual.

I heard a rustle of leaves above me, assuming it was just a bird landing I carried on walking. All of a sudden I heard Dylan's scream and a series of, "Fuck you!" As she shouted at the tree.

"What the fuck are you doing?" I laughed at her but she gave me one of her most deadly death stares.

"A bird fucking shat on my hand." She looked at it with disgust and I burst out laughing. "This is not funny. This is traumatising."

"Oh my god! Some is on my jumper!" I yelped and Dylan rolled her eyes.

"Like the tiniest bit. Look at this! Fucking look at it! It's warm!" She huffed and started to power walk down the road.

I chased after her since walking fast was not something I could do. Her legs were so long compared to mine.

She ran into the tesco express she was just complaining about then frantically looked for the toilet.

"I bet you're glad they built this now." I smirked at her but she just shrugged me off. Moody.

"Hi, do you have a toilet here?" Dylan asked the most attractive male staff member she could find while I was tapped on the shoulder by someone.

"Hunter." He smiled as I turned around and I gasped slightly when I saw who it was.

"Levi." I replied. What was I supposed to say to him?

"Hi Dylan." He smiled to her when she stood beside me but she just rolled her eyes.

"I'm going to wash my hands." She marched off to the back of the store and I was about to chase after her but Levi started conversation.

"How's Nate?"

"Lying in a hospital bed with a broken nose. Oh and he's in a coma." I smiled sarcastically and Levi's face dropped. Nate must've got a few punches to Levi too since his eye was bruised and his lip was burst.
