Happy reading yrra's 💗
As soon as Aadish realized the colossal mix-up, his disbelief quickly gave way to a wave of frustration. The plan was simple-safeguard his beloved Avantika. Yet, sitting in front of him, awkward and clearly out of place, was his towering, six-foot-tall brother, Armaan.
"Armaan," Aadish growled, his voice laced with exasperation, "what the hell are you doing in her room?"
Armaan, who had been trying to process the ridiculous situation himself, leaned back against the chair, his expression caught between amusement and disbelief. Despite his calm exterior, he couldn't ignore the weariness in his younger brother's voice.
"I just went to check on her as soon as I landed," Armaan said matter-of-factly, his tone steady but edged with concern. "I was having a bad feeling about her safety this whole time during my trip."
The words struck Aadish, making him pause mid-thought. Armaan had always been protective, not just of Avantika but of everyone he cared about. This wasn't out of character, but it certainly added a new layer of chaos to Aadish's poorly executed plan.
Aadish, known for his sharp wit and unyielding determination, was now pacing like a caged animal in the room, glaring at Armaan as if trying to will him to vanish. Meanwhile, Armaan-cool, composed, and visibly exhausted from his trip-sat with a faint smirk, almost enjoying the situation despite the tension.
"You've got to be kidding me," Aadish muttered under his breath, dragging a hand down his face. "Out of all the people to kidnap by accident, I had to pick you!"
Armaan raised an eyebrow. "Kidnap? Really, Aadish? That's what you were trying to do? And here I thought you'd come to your senses and decided to give Avantika some space."
Aadish shot him a withering glare. "This isn't funny. Do you even realize the mess we're in now? Maa sa and Baba sa can't know about this. We'll handle it ourselves."
Armaan nodded, leaning forward, his sharp gaze locking with Aadish's. "Agreed. But you need to tell me everything. What's going on, and why do you think Avantika's safety is at risk?"
For a moment, the brothers simply stared at each other. The weight of their bond-built on trust, shared responsibility, and an unspoken promise to protect their family-filled the room.
"I'll explain everything," Aadish finally said, his voice softer, almost resigned. "But first, we need to figure out what to do next. We can't afford any more mistakes."
Armaan leaned back, his expression unreadable, though a faint smile tugged at the corners of his lips. Despite the absurdity of the situation, he couldn't help but admire his younger brother's determination.
As the two of them began to strategize, it was clear that no matter how tangled the situation had become, one thing was certain: when it came to the Rajawat family, the bond between brothers was unshakable. And together, they would ensure the safety of their family's three diamonds, no matter the cost.
Aadish stepped out of his room, his expression a mixture of annoyance and disbelief. Armaan followed him closely, seemingly oblivious to the storm brewing in Aadish's mind.
"Aaj hi kyun nahi bataya ki tum aa rahe ho?" Aadish's tone was sharp as he questioned Armaan. (Why didn't you tell me you were coming today itself?)
"I wanted to surprise you," Armaan replied casually, still unaware of the tension hanging in the air.
"Surprise...? Sach mein, Armaan? Tum pehle kabhi aisa nahi karte the," Aadish said, his face contorted in an almost comical disbelief, as though he was staring at some rare spectacle. (Surprise...? Really, Armaan? You've never done anything like this before.)
