It was indeed true, but i lacked the courage to spill out the truth because in reality...i was tired. I was tired of feeling like a backup plan, a person people would take advantage of - and even taking the role of a punchbag. Eren might've saved me all those times, but he couldn't save me now, no one could and no one would.

My eyes observed everything, they've read through many pages and studied an amount of information but it wasn't enough. All the things i've read before made no actual sense in my current situation.

Graciously, leaves were abandoning the branches they once stuck to, decomposing around the grounds. Everything left someone behind, whether it was an object or people - it was apart of living.

Training was almost finished, sparing was the only thing we had left then it was dinner. Connie asked Sasha to spar and even though she accepted, his face definitely regretted asking as she only bragged about food and didn't even spar with him.

I've taken in my sight Jean who went towards Aurora, he was going to ask her to spar with him, but i didn't want him to do that. He always sneaked up on me and took all my chances away from even taking a glance at the blue eyed Ackerman.

"Aurora!" I yelled out loud, my intention wasn't to get everyone else's attention but her's however my idea of reaching her before Jean gained stares from all around. Jean stoped in his tracks whilst i hurried over to her.

"What is it, Armin?" she asked, wiping her sweat off her forehead with her shirt, with a motion that made her abdomen visible. Shameful, my eyes would not move from the portrait before my eyes. I have even forgotten of why i came to her.

I was no longer present to the voices or people around me, my soul was in a trance at the sight of this woman... the woman i was set on making mine. "Armin!" Her voice suddenly took me out of the trance, having me aware of what she wanted to say. "Spar with me, that's why you came right?" Her stance was already prepared, it was like she knew what i was thinking of. "Y-yeah." i stuttered.
