The next morning was uneventful. It was moving more boxes. Carful moving the fragile boxes. Trying not to be skeptical of absolutely everyone he came into contact with, you know, the usual. Alpha was fast to not stay in one place. Always watching those around him. He didn't really have anyone to rely on anyways. The silence of the day pushing him on. It was hot outside today, or at least he remembers it being hot when it hit 110* outside. The day only seemed to drag on from there. The thoughts of someone trying to kill him last night running through his head.

It wasn't long until he saw the mercenaries again. They were always together. The bond of hate or whatever kept them going shining through. Alpha spotted a new one with them today though. Alpha thinks he saw him yesterday. He just assumed he was another one of the workers. Maybe just a leader of some sort. That was until the red one and Felix started to fight and Locus was quick to put a stop to it. It didn't seem to last long until they were fighting again though. The red one and Felix seemed to truly hate each other.

The red one stormed off in a flurry of limbs and curses though. Which was interesting enough. The fact that he headed strait for Alpha was what really caught his eye. The man almost running to him. Alpha watched him with curious intentions, as the man steam rolled his way towards him. Almost hoping that the other man wasn't actually heading towards him, he moved out of the way. Alpha did not want to get pushed out of the way like the others in front of him had. Still the man seemed focused on him and followed his movements with his own.

Dropping the box he was holding he turned to the man that was stopped in front of him. Alpha could tell the other was watching him carefully. He watched as the red stripped man eyed him up and down. With a huff that Alpha couldn't quite identify, Alpha watched as the man put a hand to his helmeted jaw and back away one again to look at him. The man in front of him seemed pleased. The approval present in the way he stood. He quickly addressed Alpha after that.

"So you're the one Felix is so mad about huh?"

"I guess? I've talked to the guy for like what? Less than a minute?" He really had only spoken to Felix for a bit. Man everyone just seemed to hate him.

"Hmm... Wanna get a beer with me?"

"Sure. Names church, and I never caught yours so..."

"People around here call me Sharkface"

"Dude are you serious? That's like the worst name I have ever heard in my life, and let me tell you dude. I've been around a while.

The other man simply laughs and continues walking away. Alpha followed close behind though.

The though of alcohol was pleasant. The wonder that followed because he wasn't sure if his new body could handle it, however was not. Alcohol seemed like a good way to die for the like, third time right? It really didn't matter at this point. Either way he was going to drink, either way he would still have to deal with his body. Still he followed the man onto the giant space ship that he had somehow not noticed. Like seriously how? The thing was huge? Sharkface seemed to notice his confusion. Stating that the ship had landed here a few hours ago.

Alpha started to wonder just how much he missed when he was lying dormant in a scarred mans mind. The following of the man in front of him became detrimental to him as soon as he entered the gigantic ship. Pathways swirling this way and that. Everything the same bland shade of grey. The deeper they went into the ship the more confusing it got, and Alpha is an Ai. Still he followed the man deeper into the almost cavernous like ship. They eventually hit what Alpha could only describe as a cafeteria. The massive hall clearly for eating

Sharkface lead him into another part of the gigantic room. Passing tables and benches as he went, Alpha wondered just how many people the big ship was supposed to hold. Still, the thought of alcohol becoming more and more tempting with every step he took.

"There's a lot of room here, why?"

"It's a prison ship. It's made to hold prisoners"

"Why do you guys need a prisoner ship? Aren't you just moving boxes?"

"Hah I wish"

"Then what are you guys doing here?"

"War drives all kinds of men Church"

"Wait are you serious?"

"You didn't know?"

"NO I WAS TOLD I WAS JUST MOVING THINGS. THE ABSOLUTE LAST THING I WANTED TO DO WAS BE STUCK IN ANOTHER FIGHT I COULDN'T CARE FOR. WHO KNOWS MAYBE THIS WAR WAS JUST AS FAKE AS THE LAST ONE"

The outburst had clearly taken the other man aback. He recovered quickly though and resumed walking at the same speed he was before.

"Everyone has a price Church. That's just how it works"

"I guess"

When the two finally did make it back to the kitchen, it took them no time to find the massive fridge label 'Booze'. They quickly found what they were looking for and headed back to the cafeteria. Taking seats on opposite side of the tables they drank and talked for hours. Sharkface deeming Church worthy of drinking buddy. Church deeming Sharkface the same. Even as the clock stretched into the long hours of the night they continued drinking. The loud slurred talking enough to keep the two from splitting apart. The bottles of beer they had consumed lying around them. It was quite a feat honestly. Alpha was just happy his body seemed to be alright. The artificial thing could burn the alcohol down for energy. Which honestly was a scary thought.

What was scarier was the fact that just as Alpha was going to continue his story about his girlfriend and the time they broke into the zoo to steal a lioness and her cubs, after hearing faint yelling,

Felix burst in. Mad as fire and rain and everything in between.
