"see? maybe it had nothing to do with your classification?" james said leaning over my shoulder as he read the automated reasoning for the conclusion.

"or it knew you lied." i said looking at him obviously joking but still.

"what did it give you?" i ask looking at him expectantly.

"what?"
"when you did the test? what did it give you?" i say resting my chin on my hands.

"i got doctor." he tells me nodding his head awkwardly.

"i could see you as one of those." i say looking at him.
"when did you stop wearing eyelashes?" he asks randomly, studying my face.

"uh probably... around the doctors appointment, just didn't have the time to do them myself, or get them done."
i say thinking back to that doctor's appointment.

"i like it better, more raw and authentic." he says smiling at me.

"don't get sloppy James." i say rolling my eyes, getting up from my chair.

i wandered into my room looking for a jumper but instead i caught a glimpse out the window seeing heavy snow coming down.

"James! come look! theres snow." i yell through the house, running over to the window, pressing my face up against the glass.

i felt his hand on my waist as he came behind me, looking over my head and outside.

"do u wanna go play?" he asked carefully.

"yeah!" i said zooming past him and out into the living room.

"winter clothes please Dianna!" he calls after me poking his head out into the hall.

i groan as i walk back and past James as he steps out of my room, shutting the door behind me.

i guess while i was getting dressed, so was James.
"very...pink." he says looking at me.
"i'm a very pink person." i say walking past him, over to the front door.

what dose that even mean?

"oh my god Anna! time out!" James yelled after the 4th snowball hit him.

"there are no time outs in war!." i yelled as i launched another 2 at him from behind my wall of snow i had created.

James yelped as one hit his face, making me hold back a-bit.
"Jesus christ Anna, are you military trained or something." he groaned as he wiped the snow off his face.

I couldn't help but cover my mouth with a giggle as James moaned about the snowball I had thrown at his face. His exaggerated groan and the way he wiped the snow off made me stifle a laugh.

"Sorry," I said with a cheeky grin, not feeling sorry at all.

i watched James's eyes shifted to the street behind me, and i turned to see what he was looking at.

an unfamiliar car pulled into the snow covered driveway and a woman stepped out.
"hey sweetie." she waved, with a big smile, staring James down.

"hey mom.." he said, looking super confused and uncomfortable.

"hey Anna.." he says turning to me. "why don't you go inside and put on dry clothes. ill be in in a few minutes." James had an unpleasant look on his face, like he was angry.. not at me, just in general.

"..okay."
i got up walking past the woman, not wanting to make eye contact with her.
i think her smile faltered when i didn't look at her but i wasn't really sure.

quickly i wandered inside, closing the door behind me and almost immediately i hear James's muffled voice getting louder.

i decided i wanted to hop in the bath, finally realising how cold i was.

i could hear the raised voices as i settled into my huge bubble bath.
this is probably my new favourite part of James's house.

this thing was huge, like you could probably get me, James, lizzie, David and Derik in here and still have some wiggle room.

i settled in, leaning my head on the ledge of the tub, trying to to get my hands wet, but even in the messy up-do i had done, some lower peaces got soaked.

out of the corner of my eye i noticed a little basket with a rubber duck poking out.
ducky

i reached over, pulling it out, setting it in-front on me in the mountains of bubbles.
it made me giggle at how many bubbles there were.
you cant even see me under here.

i messed with the duck, pushing it under the water letting it spring back to the top, my giggles echoed through the room.

i heard the door slam, making me turn to the bathroom door.

"oh shit i forgot to close the door all the way." i said out-loud.

"Dianna?" James called through the house, and i heard his steps coming down the hall as i continued to mess with the duck.
i snuck down slightly so only my shoulders were visible.
