"Arianna get back here right NOW" I hear Luca yell as he runs behind me down the school corridor.
"Stop chasing me Luca I didn't do anything" I yell back as I take a glance behind to see a wild bore chasing me.
"I know you took my phone Anna" he continues to yell. I immediately stop and turn round to face him. He charges towards me however I move out the way causing Luca to slam against some lockers.
"Fuck" he groans before rubbing his head which now has a clear and obvious bump.
"Luca, what's that in your left hand" i ask my cousin who looks at me confused before looking down at his hand to find.. surprise, surprise his phone.
"Ohhh, that's weird" he utters before scratching the back of his head. I roll my eyes before kicking his shin.
"Ow what was that for" he snaps at me before dropping to the floor like he's got shot. He reminds me of a certain someone. Dumb and dramatic.
I scoff before turning around and walking towards my locker. It's been a month since the incident and nothing has happened since, it's gone quiet.
Santiago is out of hospital now and he's still recovering at home. And Nikolai, well I'm not too sure. Saint took him out the hospital the second he woke up and we haven't seen them since.
I open my locker to gather my next classes textbook only to find a piece of paper with writing slip to the floor. Probably an old note I made in class.
As I bend down to pick it up, I freeze noticing it's a letter addressed to me. What the heck. I pick it, rapidly examining the letter.
No... no no, this can't be. Blood begins to rush to my head as I read the letter addressed to me.
Dear Arianna,
I hope you're doing well my sweet girl. I heard you suffered a minor concussion. That's my fault, I did instruct my men to use a minimum amount of force on you and that boy.
I'm sure you've been thinking deeply about what I showed, exactly a month ago. I decided to give you a month's rest, after all this will be a life changing decision.
Please do stop ignoring my calls sweet girl, it makes me very upset. My men will tell you, I've been very restless.
