"Morning" I utter cheerfully as I enter the kitchen . Im met with the usual sight of my father on his iPad, Alonzo cooking and Lorenzo calmly eating his breakfast.
"You're cheerful today Anna" Alonzo responds looking over at me raising an eyebrow.
"What makes you say that" I reply sitting down at the breakfast island.
"Well for one it's not even 7 yet and you're ready for the day already a two you're smiling like a madman" Alonzo answers before plating some pancakes and handing them to me.
"Thank you" I utter before picking up my fork. I guess I am happy. It may or may not be because of a certain boy. He even brought me to my bed after I fell asleep on him, I remember him carrying me.
Is this what it feels like to have a crush hmm. I can't stop thinking about him.
"I heard you had a movie night last night" Lorenzo speaks up glaring at me. Oh no.
"Yes we did" I answer averting my gaze from him and eating my pancake.
"I also heard Santiago was there" Lorenzo asks causing me to choke on my pancake. Alonzo rushes over and starts patting my back.
"You okay anna" my father also asks looking up from his iPad. I give him a thumbs up before regaining my breath.
"I'm just fine" I utter before glaring at enzo. "Yes he was there, he's the twins best friend of course he's going to be around" i say to Lorenzo who tilts his head slightly.
"Hmm" is all he says before standing up. "I'm going to the office, I'll see you later" he then states before leaving.
That idiot. He's definitely suspicious of me and Santiago. Really there's nothing to be suspicious about, it's just a crush.
"Santiago is a nice boy don't you think" my father suddenly speaks up after a period of silence. For goodness sake, not my dad as well.
"He's annoying" I respond quickly. Annoyingly attractive.
"He's always been cocky, i remember once when the twins and Santiago were 12, we took them to a trampoline park. Reign and Remy kept doing front flips but Santiago just had to prove himself. He insisted on doing a backflip but we knew he couldn't. The little shit tried it and landed it first time."
"Reign and Remy were pissed that he did something better than them. So of course those idiots attempted it and both of them landed on their necks, whilst Santiago was stood laughing in their faces" Alonzo sighs at the end of his little story.
That's such a Santiago thing to do plus he seems to excel at everything he does. However I can't help but smile discreetly.
"That's just boys for you, cocky and dumb" I utter avoiding eye contact with Alonzo who just shakes his head smiling.
