Kevin knew how much you really didn't like the dentist and anytime you had to go even for the regular cleaning or occasional cavity being filled you still hated going and sometimes ended up having a panic attack due to your anxiety leading to you sometimes taking half of a Xanax an hour before going to the office. You sat in the office with kevin waiting once you had filled the sign in sheet and tried to have a panic attack as you listened to music on your phone and held onto the sides of the chair until your name was called walking back before laying in the chair looking out the window as kevin spoke softly to keep you distracted even if it was just for a few minutes before being double numbed due to having extra nerves in your gums that required extra numbing than normal so you truly couldn't feel, once you were numb enough you were load back and the dentist slowly began to get to work on the first of two fillings as you held kevin's hand tightly occasionally squeezing his hand throughout the process as the minutes passed by and turned into an hour and a half before both fillings were done. The two of you left the office and grabbed cold drinks and food on the way home since your mouth was very dry and you hadn't eaten at all with how early your appointment was that morning since it was the only real day you could get in that you were not coming straight to the office from being on the road for the last few weeks and both of you were just completely drained so you were both relieved to get a night of sleep before your appointment, after getting home you changed and got back in bed still being tired due to the novacaine you were given to numb you for both fillings melting in the mattress when kevin crawled in bed behind you only in his boxers as he wrapped his arms around you kissing your temple as you fell back asleep waking up later on and finding kevin with dinner and a movie ready for the two of you to watch together.
