Chapter 14: Going around the world
"Good morning class." Ms. Belter begins to say.
"Good morning Ms. Belter" we reply on our same dull boring voice, including Jackie's.
Wait, Jackie's?
"Today class, we are going to continue working on our creative writing by creating a story about you traveling around the world, that will then be sent to a local elementary school. Remember, you can have partners, but only for brainstorming ideas. You must write the actual story part on your own. This will be due on Monday, so you have a week to complete this assignment. Your time starts now."
And with that, the great boring writing begins.
I hate English, sooooooooo much.
But, whatever.
"Hey Kate, ya wanna brainstorm together?" It's Jackie. Crap. What do I do? I can't make it seem like I know about her.
"Um, I would but I really hate English and I get really pissed off when I have to write down crap on paper, especially when I work together with somebody. So, no thanks, but it's not about you. Maybe in another subject."
"Oh. I understand." I hope she bought it. And then she turns around, moving to another area of the room, looking for another partner to work with.
So, where do we begin?
***
"Hey Amanda." I say.
"Hiiii Tommy." She replies back.
"What's up?"
"OMG, nooothing."
"Um, okay then. See you around then, Amanda."
"No problem, Tommy. Bye, bye, lover boy."
Man, she's kind of weird. No, not kind of. She just is.
And now I have math. Calculus. Can't we just have math problems and solve them on a calculator? If I really use my head, maybe I, um, maybe I can first:
Finish this sentence
Listen to my teacher
Spell the alphabet.
And she just said my name. Great.
"42" I say, because, we all know it's the answer to life.
"Thomas," Ms. Simmons begins. She calls me Thomas for some reason. "I want to see you after class."
And the class erupts into a silent laugh. Smooth Tommy, smooth.
I just have to tell Kate about this, She'll understand, I mean, she falls asleep during almost every day, at some point. Mostly physics. Yeah, she'll understand. But now, I have to go see Ms. Simmons. This should be good.

'Going around the world By: Kate Anderson
I woke up and got into my magical boat, made of all of the colors of the rainbow. It sparkled with jewels and could fly! It was softer than a cloud, and flew like a bird. And so, as I got into the boat, I began to start flying around the world.'
Okay, I'm already bored. I'm going to the bathroom for. Six. Hours. Then I'm going to be sick tomorrow. Agent Kate out.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Okay, I'm going to be honest with you: for that tiny around the world thing that Kate was working on, I didn't bother even trying to do my best writing. I made it suck for a reason. And I hope you guys liked that thing, where I said "Agent Kate out." Please tell me if that worked. Thank you and don't forget to comment!
