"Where are we going, by the way?" I asked, trailing behind Avivansh as he paced the room, his phone glued to his ear.

Excitement and curiosity bubbled inside me-our honeymoon was actually happening! But he wouldn't tell me a thing. To make matters worse, he was completely engrossed in his second love-his work.

"Vansh!" I called out, growing impatient.

He finally turned, raising an eyebrow.

"Are you even listening to me or not?" I snapped, frustration seeping into my voice.

First, he had casually announced our honeymoon to the entire family, inviting endless teasing from his cousins. Then, he told me we were leaving tomorrow but refused to reveal where we were going, leaving me clueless about what to pack. And to top it all off-I hate packing.

"Just a second, baby," he mumbled distractedly, still focused on his phone.

I huffed dramatically and plopped onto the couch, crossing my arms. Our room was a mess-clothes scattered everywhere-thanks to my packing dilemma. Meanwhile, his suitcase was neatly packed, which only irritated me more.

When he finally ended his call, he walked over and sat beside me, a faint smile playing on his lips.

"Okay, what's wrong now?" he asked, leaning back casually.

"Mil gayi fursat?" I shot back, narrowing my eyes. "Aap apne kaam ko le jaiye honeymoon pe. Usi se toh shaadi ki thi na?"

(Now you have time? You should take your work on the honeymoon with you-after all, that's what you married, not me.)

He chuckled, reaching out to gently tug a strand of my hair. "Kitni pyaari lagti hai jab aise gussa karti hain aap. Haaye," he teased, pulling my cheek.

(You look so cute when you're mad.)

I smacked his hand away. "This is not funny!"

He laughed. "Okay, okay. What's the problem?"

I let out an exasperated sigh. "Do you even realize how much I've been struggling? I don't know what to pack because, Mr. Pratap Singh, you haven't told me where we're going!"

He smirked, leaning back lazily. "Relax, Aana. Just pack enough to look gorgeous-which you do effortlessly anyway."

I narrowed my eyes. "Don't try to charm your way out of this. Spill it-where are we going?"

"Do you trust me?" he asked, his smirk still lingering.

"Of course, but that's not the point!" I threw a pillow at him. "I can't trust you when you're keeping secrets like this!"

He caught the pillow easily, laughing. "If I tell you, it'll ruin the surprise."

I groaned. "What surprise? What if I pack sweaters and you take me to the Maldives? Or summer clothes, and we land in Switzerland?"
