"Alright. I think it's time for the school's superlatives." Bella said as she spoke into the microphone. "First, is Best Achiever. That goes to Jessica Henderson." Everyone clapped while she went up to get the award. "Next, is Best Socializer. That goes to none other than Dean Jacobs." once Bella said that you could here all the boys cheering him on. "Alright, now here is what every couple dreams of achieving. Best couple. That goes to, drum roll please." the drummer drum rolled and I turned back to talk to Ryan thinking we weren't going to get the award. "I knew it! Ryan Kayne and Savannah Hernandez." I snapped my head around as the spotlight shone on my face. What? We won? I felt Ryan take my hand and lead me up the stairs of the platform.

"Come on, Sav. Remember what I told you. Everyone thinks so." I walked forward slowly leaving my sister and her boyfriend behind.

"What the hell?" I whisper shouted to Bella as she made us stand side by side.

"Hey. I had nothing to do with this. It was the school that voted for you." I cursed under my breath and hesitantly turned to look at Ryan. He smiled slightly and put his arm around my waist, pulling me closer. I leaned into him more and smiled down at the people that were looking up at me.

"I love you." He whispered in my ear in a sweet voice.

"I love you too." I leaned up and kissed his cheek which resulted in a bunch of awws. I rolled my eyes and gave the audience an 'are-you-serious' face and they all laughed. Bella gave me the microphone so I could say a little something to the people who voted for us. "Thank you guys so much for voting for us. It's nice to see that you like us being together as much as we like being together. We are honored to accept this award. Thanks again. Ry, did you want to say anything?" he shook his head and leaned down to the microphone.

"What she said." He received a bunch of laughs which caused me to giggle and hit him in the chest. He chuckled and pecked me on the lips twice.

"Okay, love birds. Its time for me to explain what you guys won. You get two gift certificates to Olive Garden and two free passes to Disneyland Resort in California. Don't get too excited because it's only valid for one day." I laughed and accepted the gifts and then hugged the life out of Bella. "Now, time for the runner ups so you guys have to go be happy somewhere else." I looked at her with a pouty face and stalked off the stage. "Okay runner up couple goes to Lily Anderson and Cayden Sampson." I can see from the distance how happy they were. Cayden put his hand on her neck and planted the cutest kiss ever on Lily. They both smiled while they were kissing and made their way to the stage hand in hand. I don't understand why they didn't come in first place. "You guys get to pick between Olive Garden or Disneyland." Everyone knew what they were going to pick. It's pretty obvious. Who wouldn't pick Disneyland over Olive Garden?

"Disneyland tickets for sure." Cayden said smiling down at Lily. She's really short so even with heels on Cayden is still taller. Bella gave them the tickets and told them to get off the stage.

"Now, the moment you've all been waiting for, Homecoming King and Queen. Another drum roll, Will." Bella opened up the envelope and her eyes went wide. "Give a hand for the Queen, Sabrina Macintyre. Also, give a hand for the King, of course, Ryan Kayne." Everyone cheered at the top of their lungs while they crowned them. Sabrina was popular and every guy in the school was in love with her, especially Cayden. I feel bad because I knew that Cayden loves Lily, but if Sabrina asked him out he would break up with Lily. I hope she can change his mind before that happens. "Now, the King and Queen's dance. You guys can pick whoever you want to dance with. Your dates or someone you've never even met before. Go on." Ryan looked down at the rest of the people in the room. He was looking around trying to find somebody. When his eyes met mine he smiled at me which had an out come of me smiling. I started walking towards him as he did to me.
