"Have you ever been in love? Horrible isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable. It opens your chest and it opens up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up."
Neil Gaiman, The Sandman, Vol. 9: The Kindly Ones (The Sandman #9)

Shawn passes me a bottle of wine as he takes the joint from my lips, slipping it between his. I giggle softly at him and drink the wine, taking small sips. He looks at me with an odd sparkle in his eyes and I can tell he's not completely high yet. "Why are you looking at me like that?"
"Like what?" He says questioningly, wanting to know my answer.
"Like you're staring at Michelle Pfeiffer."
"Michelle, I'm staring at you like that because you're more beautiful than Michelle Pfeiffer."
I raise an eyebrow at that and playfully push his shoulder. "Tell me something." I say and he nods as if to give me the okay. "Why haven't you tried to make a move on me yet if you think I'm so great?"
Shawn looks at me for a minute and says, "because I know you don't want me to. So I don't."
"What if I'm not sure if I want you to or not?"
"Then I'd have to decide whether I think we should find out or not."
"You may or may not have to decide that."
Shawn then takes the bottle from my hand and let's the joint fall into it, holding my chin in his hand and tilting it up so I have to look him in the eyes. Then he slowly leans in and presses his lips against mine. I'm in shock for a moment, trying to decide if I should kiss him back or slap him. I finally decide to kiss him back and slowly begin moving my lips against his, wrapping my arm around his neck and planting a hand on his chest. Shawn pulls away slowly and kisses my forehead. "How was that?"

Eeeeep!!!!!! They kissed! They finally kissed! Are you guys excited or what?! Oh I'm so excited. You have no idea what's about to start happening. Also, guess what?! I'm at almost 900 reads because you guys are fücking wonderful! I love you so much.
All the love. -Kel Xx.
