The Day that Changed My Life

Chapter 7~ You do that I'll sack you Luke.

Michael's Pov.

I can't believe Alex had to go through all that shit just because she was different. In my eyes shes perfect how could somebody not like her. Shes sweet, caring, funny, beautiful and the best is that shes herself. She is unlike any other girl I have met and that makes her even more interesting to me. I love how she's herself and how open she is with me and the guys even though she just met us this week. Going through what shes been through probably gives her trust issues, but apparently she already trusts me and the boys enough to tell us about her past. Now knowing what Alex has been through in the past makes me like her even more. To know that she is so strong despite all the wrong people have done to her. And that she isn't afraid to put herself out there even though she was bullied for that exact reason. She is truly amazing and I admire her for whats shes been able to do despite everything life through at her.

Right now is our second day of classes and currently Luke, Alex and I are all headed to our choir class. I have to admit that I'm really excited for choir not only because I like to sing but today is going to be the first day I get to hear Alex's voice and i couldn't be happier. She may say that she doesn't have a good singing voice but I am almost positive that her voice is amazing. I wouldn't be surprised if her voice was better then mine.

Once we made it to class we all sat next to each other Luke on the right side of Alex and me on her left side. We sat there patiently waiting for the teacher to arrive. After about 5 minutes of waiting a short grey haired women probably in her early 50's walked through the door with a huge smile. She kinda reminded me of my grandma.

" Morning class...I will be your choir teacher this term my name is Mrs. Adams, we'll start off the day with each of you singing a verse of a song, you can chose which song I don't care what it is as long as its appropriate. I want to see how everyone's voices are we'll start with Mr.Clifford." She said with a smile and I scowled because of course I just had to be on the attendance list first, I saw Alex and Luke smirking at me and I glared at them. I stepped to the front of the room and Mrs.Adams smiled at me.

" Go ahead Mr. Clifford." She smiled and I nodded before singing the first song that came to mind. Which just so happened to be Somewhere in Neverland by All Time Low.

"Say goodbye to the halls and the classes

Say hello to a job and the taxes
The weekends with old friends spilling into 9 to 5 routine
Tell me how you feel over and done with
Like your life is a map with no compass to guide,
At the bar drinkin' way too much
We sing along to "Forever Young"." I sang and the class clapped and Mrs. Adams held a joyful smile on her face.

" Very well done Mr. Clifford, now lets have Mr.Hemmings up." She cheered and Luke let out a small groan.

Before standing where I once was. I sat back and smirked at Luke. Luke of curse sang another All Time Low song but I wasn't really paying attention because I know how well Luke can actually sing. Before I knew it the class was clapping and Mrs. Adams was praising him for a job well done. More people went and I could see Alex getting more and more anxious. Her knee was shaking and she couldn't sit still. I grabbed her hand reassuringly and rubbed my thumb over the top of her hand. She sent a nervous smile my way and I leaned in to whisper in her ear.

" You'll do great." I softly said into her ear and she shivered at the sound of my voice.

" Miss. William, your up." Mrs. Adams said with a huge smile.

Alex nervously stood up and walked into the middle of the room. She sighed and smiled at me and Luke and we gave her a thumbs up.

" When your ready Miss. William." Mrs. Adams smiled and Alex took a deep breath in before starting.
