Melanie's POV

3 weeks later~ yes I skipped Christmas, it was normal a lot of fluff with Shawn and Mel~

Everyday since I was with Shawn, everything seemed to be better. My dad was still in the hospital, but he's supposed to be coming out  in few days. My past days have been hanging with my friends and schoolwork overload. Word goes around Danny came out from jail, he hasn't tried anything on me. I guess that's because I warned him I would kick his ass. Yeah, well Shawn texted that but I would still do it.

I trip over a concrete dip in the sidewalk and stumble onto myself laughing while Shawn caught me from my fall.

"Stop daydreaming I'm right here" he laughed

"Well I'm kinda excited. I mean you should be excited but I'm excited for you. I can't believe your single came out to number 1 on I tunes only a few weeks ago" I side hugged him

"I can't believe it either. Thank you for giving me something to write about.. Obviously without you, I couldn't have wrote that"

"Well without you, that amazing song would not have been written... I love it" I smiled. A smile I haven't felt in a long time. I walked beside him through the snow, i slowly looked up to see him staring at me. It was quite- charming.

"Oh yeah , Aaliyah wants to go play hockey today. Wanna come, I have extra gear?"

"Haven't played that in a long time.." I chuckled a little

"I wonder why, cause you always fall on your ass" he laughed

"Shut up" I muttered as my cheeks flushed.

I lastly put on my ice skating boots and tied them tightly. I grabbed Shawn's hand and he lead me out on the ice. I finally got used to it and grabbed a nearby hockey stick. I teamed with Aaliyah and Shawn teamed with Ian. I decided to be facing off with Shawn. We clanked our sticks against the ice up and down hitting each other before the third strike and then I shot the puck from under him.

I glided across the ice and attempted to slap the puck into the goal but Ian bounced to back to Shawn. He quickly glided across the ice violently facing up to Aaliyah and slapped the puck into the goal before I could defend.

"Luck" I scoff

"That's just skill" he smirked. We replayed it over and over again until Ian and Shawn's team.... Won. Ugh. BY ONE POINT!

"Yeah all of those shots were "luck" Lana" he laughed as he grabbed my waist and glided to the free skating area. My cheeks were icy red as well as my nose. My fingertips were numb but my body felt so warm when it was held against Shawns.

"Aaliyah's friend is coming over so I guess we can go out while they are there" he suggested

"Mhm" I nodded.

Shawn pulled into Lenny's and I could barley open the car door. Shawn smiled slightly and took my hands. He slowly slid off the gloves revealing red fingers. He took each finger and breathed on them. His hot breath sent tingly sensations through my fingertips, coursing through my veins.

He didn't bother to lose eye contact while breathing his pleasurable hot breath on my numb fingertips. I soon began to feel my fingers getting warmer by the second.

"Thanks" I smiled as I opened the car door. We walked into Lenny's and ordered a regular.

"Don't go splashing coffee on Shawn now" Lenny laughed from the other side of the wood bar. I laughed slightly of how I splashed Danny. Our coffee quickly came up and we grabbed them both and sat down in the same booth.

"I can't wait till summer, I freaking hate cold" Shawn muttered as he sipped on his coffee.

"Yeah" I paused

"I'm going to be in Virginia, Norfolk for spring break"

"I thought you were gonna come to the beach with me like you always do"

"Yeah well it's important for me, anyway one year missed is okay"

"Okay, so what brings you down there?" Shawn scrunched his eyebrows together

"My aunt" I lied

"Mhm" he mumbled through his coffee. He believed me.

"Spring break is like 2 weeks away so I guess it will be okay" he shrugged.

"Let's go" I stood up. He took his last sip and followed me out of the shop. I kissed his cheek as a thank you halfway to our car.

"I'm gonna miss you though" he kissed my lips this time.

"Mhm" I rubbed my lips together making them warmer

"Your lips taste like Christmas" he laughed softly as we entered his car.

"Is that an insult, because I absolutely hate greasy ham" I laughed

"It tasted like a candy cane" he smiled from ear to ear. He had the biggest smile, it was contagious. We headed back to my house to watch a movie. He laid next to me on bed bed under the fluffy blankets I had. My lap top laid on top of my legs and we were on Netflix.

"Seen The Perks Of Being A Wallfower before?" I asked surfing through the movies

"No.. It's a chick flick right?" He teased

"Maybe... But you are gong to watch it because you are going to love it whether you think it's cheesy or not" I smiled and clicked on it.

"Okay.. Fine" he wrapped his arm around my shoulder and leaned his head on mine. He. Was. Tall

"Charlie, I want you to be kissed by someone who loves you" Emma Watson spoke in the most romantic voice ever. (Thad probably not the direct quote from the movie but you get it lol)

"Just kiss him already like he treats you nice" Shawn blurted out.

"Shawn be patient" I laughed

"I can't when I'd rather be doing this right now" he softly closed my laptop and put it on the dresser beside him. He leaned over and kissed me, laying his hand on my cheek causing me to turn over and kiss him back. I'd have to say maybe this was our third or fourth make out, but this time it was heated.

"Shawn" I smiled as he brought his hand to the side of my waist. He kissed the corner of my mouth to my jaw. I resisted the urge to let him keep going. I brought my thumbs to his lips and pressed them against mine. He slipped his tongue into my mouth, that was foreign to my body. My stomach tingle was joy and my heart raced faster.

"I'm going to try something" he whispered in my ear causing shivers down my spine. He brought his lips to my neck and left small kisses leading down. He soon found a spot on my neck I never knew was there. Sweet. Spot. He gently sucked on it until he practically made me....

Moan.
