Memories of you, pass by me today.
I'm probably wondering if you're okay.
I wanted to ask, yet you're so far away,
Years have passed, memories turned gray.
After that goodbye, my heart felt nothing but that invisble weight.Series of why's piled up like cemented bricks,
In my own mind, uncertainties kept playing their nasty tricks.
Rewinding every scenario, trapped me in a loop of regret.
What else could I've done, for you not to forget.
Will things stay the same if I press reset?Tell me, was it worth it, you letting me go?
You were my hero, yet you prioritized your ego.
Photos of us together, now torned in two.
Our undeveloped film, lost it's quality, color, and hue.Everytime I think of you, I hold on to my glue,
Piece by piece, I put the pieces back together.
Looking at the space you left, I get to see a better view.
Who would have thought that there's a smile that compliments in every weather?
