I lay in the sun for about another two hours before I decide that I have gotten enough. I put my shorts and shoes back on before putting my things back in my bag. I walk over to my bike and get it out of the stand thing. I hop on and head towards the trail. Usually I would want to head on the main road, but I feel like going through the woods. I stop about halfway down the trail and lean my bike against a tree. There is know way anyone is going to walk down and see it. Not with all of the Bear attacks and warnings.

I walk off the trail for a while. Making sure I know how to get back to my bike, just in case something were to happen and I need to find my may back quickly. I walk for about ten minutes before I come across a meadow, it looks like it can rain at any moment. I don't care though. It is beautiful. "I declare this meadow, as my meadow!" I yell. I couldn't help but smile and then sit down on the ground.

I don't know how long I sat in that meadow. I just sit there and listen to the sounds of nature. The animals in the trees, the thunder rumbling in the sky. Getting ready for the big storm. I mean, it's about time. It hasn't rained in three days. My grandmother always told me, "It's always calm before a big storm, the longer it is calm, the bigger and longer the storm will be." I don't really care. I love the rain so much. I feel a drop on my leg, and then another on my head. Soon, there is drop after drop of rain beating down on me.

I hear a snap of a twig off to my right and I turn my head in that direction. Please don't be a bear. If so, I will never hear the end of it from dad, if I even make it away from the bear. I stand up slowly and make my way backwards. The animal slowly steps out from the woods. It is not a bear. There is no way that this is a bear. It looks like a huge wolf. This wolf is black. Just like the animal I saw in the woods the past few day's. "Nice wolf. Don't hurt me little big guy. I don't want to hurt you." I run into a tree and the wolf stops about 5 feet in front of me. "Are you going to hurt me?" What am I thinking? A wolf can not understand me! The wolf shakes his big head. "Can, can you understand me?" I ask. It shakes it's huge head. "Okay, this is not happening. There is no way that this animal can understand me. "Are there more of you that can understand humans?" I ask.

It nods it's huge head again. Great, just great. "Are you guys the ones responsible for all of the attacks?" It shakes it's huge head. Okay, well that's good. At least it is a friendly wolf. "Do you think you can lead me back to my bike?" It nods it's head and walks off. I follow it until it leads me back to the part of the path were my bike is. "Thank you. I hope to meet the rest of your pack someday." I hear a howl in the distance and the wolf runs off. I watch the spot where the wolf runs off for five minutes before I get on my bike and ride back home.

I arrive home before anyone else. I lay my bike up against the house before heading into the house and to my room. I change into something a bit more comfortable and get something to eat. I sit on the couch, turn on the T.V. , and put on a movie. I watch The Smurfs and eat my food. At about 3, halfway through the movie, there was a knock at the door. I go to the front door and I see the one and only Seth Clearwater. I had a crush on him for ever. Back then, I didn't know what my feelings were, because I didn't understand them. We kept in touch though, and when I was about 11 I realized what those feelings were. I never told him, because I knew that it could never happen because we lived at different end of the country. "Hey Seth!" I say while hugging him. He is soaking wet so I invite him in and grab him a towel. "What are you doing here?"
