Three Months Later

Friday Morning

"Baby you ok? Do you need help?," Cairo offered. I chuckle a bit as I nod my head.

"I think my bra strap is twisted in the back," I said.

"I got you baby," Cairo said while coming up behind me. He turns my face to his and kisses my lips before unsnapping my bra in the back. He straightens the back out and then snaps it back for me. He then rests his hands underneath my growing belly and smiles at us through the mirror.

"You look so beautiful pregnant Jai," Cairo said while rubbing my stomach softly. I just stare at him through the mirror and for whatever reason, tears fill my eyes.

"Aww baby don't to that," Cairo joked.

"I'm sorry," I said as tears ran down my cheeks.

"No don't apologize beautiful," Cairo said. He lifts his right hand and wipes my tears with ease.

"Baby are you ok?," Cairo asked.

"Yes I am just so happy baby...and of course these hormones aren't helping," I said while laughing a bit. Cairo smiles and rests his chin against my shoulder and kisses my cheek repeatedly.

"I'm happy too baby. How do you feel today?," Cairo asked.

"I feel good today."

"Ok baby. I made you breakfast. Your yogurt bowl with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and honey. Oh and I added the coconut chips this time too since you have been craving that," Cairo said.

"Baby you are so sweet thank you so much. Can you believe it? You know how much I hate coconut," I said while laughing a bit.

"I know you despise coconut so to even have it in the house is really crazy," Cairo said while laughing. I nod my head as I smile widely.

"I've loved living with you Cairo. I've missed it so much," I said.

"Oh you have no idea how much I missed it baby! Waking up to you, falling asleep next to you, cooking with you.....I've missed it all. And I am so happy you are here."

"I'm so happy to be here Cairo. Thank you for making this house so perfect for us."

"....I honestly built this house for us."

"Cairo really?," I said while raising my eyebrows.

"Yes....we always talked about having a home together. I would listen to you describe your dream home to me all the time. We had very similar ideas and....that's what I did when I built this house. I made sure that both of our ideas come to life."

"Oh my god Cairo." I turn around in his arms and I wrap my arms around him.

"I just would always hope you would find your way back to me," Cairo whispered.

"I'm so happy you gave me another chance Cairo. I have so much regret about our time apart."

"It's ok baby that is all in the past. We are back together and our future is looking very bright. We have moved in together, we are expecting a baby together.....I see nothing but the best for us going forward. I will make sure of that."

"You're so sweet Cairo I love you so much. You have no idea." Cairo smiles and wraps his arms around my waist and leans down and pecks my lips twice. He then bites his bottom lip and narrows his eyes at me.

"Don't even think about it," I warned playfully.

"Damn just a quickie?," Cairo said while wiggling his eyebrows.
