Prom outfit^^^^^^^^

Mackenzie's POV

He started taking off my jacket just as I thought about Hayes.

How can I do this to him?

I know he hurt me but should I really stoop to his level?

I opened my eyes and saw his face right in front of me.

I looked at the floor and I couldn't think straight.

"Anthony." I whispered

"Yeah?"

"I, I can't do this. I have a boyfriend. And my prom is tomorrow so..." I said

"Whose your boyfriend?"

"Hayes, Hayes Grier." I said

"Seriously that football player?"

"Um, yeah..." I said

"Wow, you can do so much better."

"First off, I didn't ask you for your opinion and second he's my football player." I said

"Oh wow! Big difference!" He yelled

I put my pants back on and zipped my jacket.

I grabbed my shoes and walked out.

I laced up my shoes in the hallway and walked downstairs.

I got in my car and drove home.

I parked in the driveway and walked inside.

"Hi." I said to Cameron and walked upstairs

I looked through my window and saw Hayes playing GTA.

I stared at him till he saw me.

He opened his window and yelled my name twice.

"What!" I said

"Can you please come over?!"

"Tomorrow's prom I think you can wait." I said

He turned away and I slammed my window.

I got my laptop out and started searching for shoes to go with my prom dress.

Of course I'm unprepared.

I finally found some nice light beige pumps and payed with my debit card.

I walked downstairs and saw my mom decorating the house with pink streamers and signs.

"What the heck is going on here?"

"Your cousin Merrie is having a baby shower! It's tomorrow and I'm so excited." She said

"You know tomorrow's the prom, right?"

"Oh, well of course I do." She said smiling

"Okay cool."

"And please tell Hayes to stop by so I can't take pictures of you guys." She said

"Yeah." I said

I took off the bracelet he gave me and threw it onto the couch.

I walked next door and saw him on his laptop.

"Hey!" He said

"Hi."

"So um, are you excited for tomorrow?" He asked

Yeah. Sure.

"Of course."

"Come here." He said
