Chapter 34

Mackenzie's POV

The apartment was about 30 minutes from the airport so we got some pizza on the way.

I logged onto Instagram and saw that I had so many notifications bc of the airport meets.

I tried liking a lot but then the boys called me down to the gym.

I started walking down the stairs until someone called my name, I turned around and saw a girl who was waving her hand.

I walked up to her and looked at her.

No joke she looked like me when I was 10 years old.

I hugged her and took a couple pictures with her.

"Can you tell Hayes that I say hi!!" She says

"Of course." I said

And then it hit me.

Was I famous only because of Hayes being my boyfriend and Cameron being my brother?

I mean does anybody look at my YouTube videos?

I walked downstairs and walked towards the gym.

I entered and saw nobody there.

I walked back out and then walked out of the apartment doors.

I started taking a walk and blasted music into my headphones.

I went around the block and saw there was a Dunkin' donuts across the street.

I started walking past the street until someone grabbed me back.

They pulled me back and then a car zoomed passed.

I turned around and pulled my headphones out.

"Mackenzie are you crazy?!" Hayes said

"Hayes?" I said

"Yes it's me, you were just about to get-"

I interrupted him and gave him a huge hug.

I didn't want to let go to be honest.

He pulled apart and I looked at him.

It started to become windy and I was just looking at his eyes.

He grabbed my hand and then we started walking back.

"We were looking for you, so I went outside to check. What were you trying to do?" Hayes said

"I just wanted some Dunkin' donuts."

"Well next time crossing a street look both ways." He says and laughs

"How do we get back to the apartment?" I asked

"Come here." He said and grabbed me

We started running until we got to this tree with rose petals on the bottom.

And then I didn't see Hayes anymore.

I looked left and right, up and down.

"Hayes!" I yelled twice

I woke up muggy and I looked right next to me.

Hayes was standing looking at me.

"Are you okay babe?" He said

"Yeah, yeah I'm good."

"Then why were you saying my name?" He said and raised an eyebrow

"No reason." I said and got up

I stretched a little bit and then cleaned my face.

I walked back out and stared at Hayes,

"What happened to me?" I said

"Well, you were supposed to meet us at the gym and then we couldn't find you so we all had a search party and so then I walked outside and a car hit you just as I walked out, so I picked you up and then took you to the hospital and you had to get 7 stitches on your back and you lost a lot of blood so I decided to give you blood since Cameron has left for a big meeting with Nash." Hayes said

I put my hand around my back and it didn't hurt.

"So you, sort've saved me?" I asked

"Uh, yeah I guess."

I smiled and walked up to him.

I kissed him and it started getting heated up. I threw my shoes away and then he took off my shirt.

He picked me up and sat me on the bed,

"Are you hungry, you haven't ate?" He said

"No." I said and winked
