It's been three days since the grand celebration. Since then, the love and relationship between Swara and Sanskar had deepened more than before ever since there were talks in Maheshwari family about getting them married soon after Swara completed her post graduation, and also after the much awaited kiss they shared with each other that same evening.
As the day of celebration was over, Swara realized that the date of her post graduate entrance examination was coming near and it was scheduled to be next week. So, she had to slightly shift the focus from her job to her studies now. She had to study very hard, give the entrance exam, get good marks and then get into a prestigious college to complete her masters' degree which would make a lot of difference in her career path. Till now, she had not decided in which field she wanted to do her masters in, but she decided to focus on getting a good score in the exam before anything else.
As Swara got ready to start her day, she smiled to herself recalling all those events that contributed to changing her life in these few months... whether it was Sanskar's first ever love confession to her on that rainy night, or the time they shared together that day on the celebration. It led her to think how much her life had changed for the good and it was all because of Sanskar. She was adamant on not letting anyone in her heart, but he broke through those walls around her heart and helped her find her lost self back, the one who believed in true love and goodness. He made his way to her heart and now... he owned the whole of her heart!
Her phone dinged and she picked the phone to see it was a message from Sanskar. She smiled. Today was a special day as his mother was going to be discharged from the hospital and was going to be brought back home, and Sanskar had called Swara last night asking her to accompany him as he would welcome his mother to his house.
She decided to hurry up as she did not want to be late. So, she prayed to Lord one more time and when she was done, she grabbed her handbag, all set for the day.

Annapurna welcomed her sister-in-law Sujata with the aarti ki thaal as she was back to Maheshwari Mansion after so many years. Sanskar, Swara, Ram and Durgaprasad stood besides her as after the aarti was done, Sujata slowly put the walker forward with her hands and then stepped ahead. Dr Rohit had said it would take a while for her to become functionally independent as she was still a bit weak and might need to use a walker for support and stability during ambulation for some days.
"This is our home, Sujata. Now come, let me take you to our room," said Ram with affection and he held his wife dearly by his arm, to which Sujata smiled a bit feeling the familiar warmth taking away all her worries. As they say, 'time heals everything', and same stood true for her. A lot of time had lapsed by since she opened her eyes to see the world once again and this period gave her all the time and space she needed to be able to accept who she truly was -- her place in this family, and also her own identity as a person. She accepted what happened back then and wanted to resume her life in this family again. It's true she did not remember everything yet, but it would not be wrong to restart where things were left off.
Not to mention that the affection her son Sanskar and her husband expressed towards her every now and then were the much needed encouragement and motivation for her to let go off the tragedy that befell upon them before and give everything a new start.
Swara was glad to have been able to witness all this and also to have been a part of this little occasion, but what made her happier was the spark of sheer joy she saw in Sanskar's eyes. The one he wanted was finally here with him and hopefully, one day she would remember who he was to her, too. There was no doubt about it, one day she was going to remember everything. And Swara could not wait for that day. She could not wait for the day when Sanskar would get his long lost happiness back, the one he had yearned for ever since he remembered.
